I called to transfer my husband's medication's from UCHealth pharmacy to Walgreens as we only live a few blocks away. Three weeks later, I called again to see if it had been handled and nothing had been done, so the gentleman I was speaking with assured me, he would handle it and again I called three days later and still nothing. Do not transfer your prescriptions to Walgreens as their staff are extremely inept and unable to assist with your requests. read more

Do not get your prescriptions here!! They do not document when your insurance calls or u call. All my doctor did was change my prescription dosage and it had been almost a week when I called and my insurance called to get it through, they ended up removing the medication from being refilled and I was told they were working on in it and it has to do with my insurance when my insurance had already called them, and I can prove that from my phone calls and the insurance themselves, but they didn't note or document any of these interactions. Do not go through them unless you want the run around! read more

This pharmacy is the worst. Makes me wait in the drive-thru for 20-30 minutes waiting for them to come and get my order, EVERY SINGLE TIME. Once they do come, they're so fucking rude. Oh my goodness, it just keeps getting worse. Do not come here for the pharmacy! read more

After taking a 2nd rapid Covid test which was reported to me "inconclusive ", a s 2nd test was taken. Now it's going on 6 days without a reply back from Walgreens on the test results. When the store was called, the person on the store's phone's did not offer a response to find out what the heck happened to the test this time! So Covid or not Covid, I guess it's not a big deal to Walgreens in Evans. Not my go-to store anymore. read more

Parking seem limited. I went in looking for something very particular but they didn't have it. Had a 80% Christmas sale. It's in a nice area with lots around it read more

The store is usually clean and well stocked with a wide assortment of items. You can find anything from OTC medications, medical supplies, toys, makeup, toiletries, snacks, drinks and newspapers to prescription medications at the pharmacy. You can also order/pick up photos and photo gifts. The pharmacy can be pretty busy with long lines so I'd recommend picking your prescription up during less busy hours. read more

Flu shot provider totally ignored anything I had to say about how I like to get shots. She really didn't care.

This Walgreens pharmacy is a joke. They have given me the wrong prescription and when I brought it back without opening it calling them on it, they were upset with me. Don't bother going through the drive through, you'll sit their for 10 min or more. read more

I have only had negative experiences here. Staff ignoring you for prolonged amounts of time, inappropriate behavior, staff having excessive annoyance and attitude with customers, etc. Once they told me my package was never delivered to them, despite the tracking number saying it had been accepted there. They refused to look twice until I requested to talk with a manager and he found it immediately. Just today I came in for a package and I was ignored by staff until a staff woman approached me only to ignore me again while she was on her phone. When she finally did speak with me she had excessively rude body language/ tone and refused to give me my package despite giving her the FedEx info and my ID. She was incredibly rude to me despite me being totally normal, (I was in a good mood, excited about my package). When she realized I had everything I needed for the pickup she gave me the package and told me, "Have a good day and be safe out there" in a condescending, rude voice. I've never dealt with someone like that in a store before. I'm not a mean person or a rude person and there was no reason to be rude about a package. Don't get your packages there. The staff are inept and unneccesarily rude. read more

Just an update to my earlier review. I went to Safeway Pharmacy on 10th st. They treated me right and i was in and out in 5 minutes, with ni attitude. read more

The walgreens on 23rd has the nicest pharmacist I have ever met. His name is William and he gets to know his customers. He knows more about my allergies than my doctor does, because he listened and remembered. He has prevented me from several mistakes. Just the sweetest, friendliest young man. I really appreciate him. read more

My husband and I were in tonight around 9:30 PM. They close at 10. There was a lady mopping down the Main walkway. My husband and I needed to get to the soda area, and attempted to cross. The lady RUDELY said "If you are going to leave a foot print, I suggest you go around." WHERE? She had mopped all of where we needed to go. So we went all the way around to see her mopping there too. So we crossed over and got dirty looks for the rest of our visit. Look, I get it, you're a college kid, UNC sweat shirt, college town. But it's not like I'm a group of kids running around in your store. I'm an adult, with my husband, and we are frequent customers at your store. I come from a grocery store where customer service is EVERYTHING. And I would be fired if I spoke to a customer that way. Please value your customers more, as we are there nearly once a week, if not more, and really would appreciate some customer service. read more

Pharmacy usually very busy. Haven't really had a problem but customer service is horrible (at pharmacy).

I have spent thousands of dollars at this store and have gotten almost nothing but trouble. I will never set foot in another Walgreens ever again. We have been shorted pill counts, we have had rude pharmacists, we have had rude cashiers. Nothing but trouble from this place! They have done partial fills on controlled substances, sent us across town to fill the rest and charged both times. The pharmacists think they are your doctor and want to lecture you when they don't know your diagnosis. The pharmacist who sparked this review basically yelled at my wife, threw the prescription back at her then CALLED her doctor and made up a story that has caused a ripple effect with all of the rest of her doctors. All the while her techs stood back looking as surprised as we were. I spoke with the manager at this location and she insisted there was no way the pharmacist could have done that because their system is computer automated, oh really? I understand there are addicts out there chasing pills but PAIN IS REAL! Not everyone is a pill popping freak, treating everyone like they are is deplorable. I only wish I was a bit more articulate so I could really put into words how awful this place is. Never again will I set foot into Walgreens. #Ehlers-Danlos #eds. read more
