I usually go to Chevron but because of these INSANE gas prices as of lately, I've started to stop…read morein here. Usually, it's not too busy but the area isn't good; they're a lot of homeless people around who ask for money so often it's become uncomfortable. I would not recommend coming later in the day to this location. Also, I was in a bit of a hurry today and so I went in to pay with cash since it's cheaper than using card --biggest mistake ever! As I went to join the line, there were two customers in the front who were extremely indecisive on what food to order and whatnot. I waited in line for a while just listening to all of them go on in deep conversation amongst each other and it sucked because I was noticeably JUST TRYING TO BUY GAS. When I finally reached the front, there was no apology for the wait, but nonetheless, Marianna was nice enough I suppose. Chevron is a lot more expensive, but perhaps it's better to head over to their business if you're in a hurry and need to get in and out!

I met with Erica who patiently listened to my concerns and immediately went to work solving the issue. She was patient and so empathetic while furiously making calls and checking stock for my wife's medications. In no time she has a solution and literally saved my wife from a serious health scare. While waiting there, I watched as she worked with many other customers and each time showed the same attention, care, and empathy, along with the entire team being wonderful with each person they interacted with. We had to switch pharmacies a while back because of insurance but will be doing everything possible to get everything back here at CVS asap! Thank you SO MUCH, Erica!! You Rock!
