I usually go to Chevron but because of these INSANE gas prices as of lately, I've started to stop in here. Usually, it's not too busy but the area isn't good; they're a lot of homeless people around who ask for money so often it's become uncomfortable. I would not recommend coming later in the day to this location. Also, I was in a bit of a hurry today and so I went in to pay with cash since it's cheaper than using card --biggest mistake ever! As I went to join the line, there were two customers in the front who were extremely indecisive on what food to order and whatnot. I waited in line for a while just listening to all of them go on in deep conversation amongst each other and it sucked because I was noticeably JUST TRYING TO BUY GAS. When I finally reached the front, there was no apology for the wait, but nonetheless, Marianna was nice enough I suppose. Chevron is a lot more expensive, but perhaps it's better to head over to their business if you're in a hurry and need to get in and out! read more

While filling up my gas tank I wanted a water and didn't have my mask. I asked if he had a disposable mask he could give me instead of me walking in with no mask. He handed me a mask without saying a price I was under the impression the mask was free since I was a customer. He was sure to charge me. I wish he would have simply said I have mask for sale vs trying to con me. read more

Terrible place to go to the workers are always lazy and stuck up something is always wrong with the drinks and they never bother to fix anything... they say it's 24 hours but it's always closed at night because the workers just don't care to stay there long enough absolutely terrible place to go to read more

Nicole was amazingly helpful at the store today pointing me in the right direction of the items I needed. She was nice, approachable, and gave excellent customer service. Highly recommend shopping at this specific Circle K because of the service I received from Nicole. read more

I guess the pandemic is over because when I went in none of the staff had on masks on 3/6/21 at around 1 pm. Also the lady serving the chicken blew her nose and wiped the rest on her hand and don't wash them after. She went on to serve a customer. I would not have taken any food from her. read more

Beware of this station. I got $20.13 of gas. I went in the store and got a drink. The cashier was very loud, unprofessional and rude. She very loudly stated that my card was declined. I went back to the car and the pump says 20.13.. I looked on my. Ank account and they took out $40.13... I went back in and this time I got a man and I showed him the picture of the pump and my bank account . Mind you there is no sign anywhere that say they will take out more. Most other has stations that do that have a sign and are at least polite. I told him that wasy money for food. What is my assurance it would be refunded and who should I talk to . He basically said not him, not his problem.. judging by all the negative comments.. I would not be surprised if one of the employees just stole $20 from me.. only come here if you have too.. This place is terrible, don't go unless you are super desperate. The pumps are filthy, no paper towels. Ever since it changed from a Shell, it has gone downhill.. It's now a Circle K and it sucks. I am not going anymore. I'll buy my fuel somewhere else. read more

They always close at 9 pm or sooner now. This is ridiculous. You guys are supposed to stay open until 10 pm. It's not fair for anyone who has to pay cash and can't pay so forced to go to another gas station and don't want to use a card to make a payment at the pump because people have tampered with the pump payment machine by stealing card information. You guys don't even have a working phone number to call on the internet. Definitely lost my business. read more

This is the worst Circle K I have ever been too! I have 2 prior bad experiences here but this was the last straw! I stopped by to get a coffee, it was 3 a.m. and I had a long drive ahead of me. I pull up the guy says he's on break and it's closed. I said, "O.K. I'll wait." His demeanor got really nasty and he said, "For 30 minutes?" I guess I had interrupted whatever funny business he had with the other guy on his bike. He became hostile when I took a pic. Then, another employee walks up. I asked if he was also on break? He said, "Yes, 5 minutes left." Well the 1st guy decides he didn't like the fact that I questioned the other employee and flagged down the police for nothing! The cop and I laughed at how ridiculous this worthless, self absorbed, sorry excuse of an employee this guy is and I left! NEVER RETURNING THAT CIRCLE K! They run that place how they feel like with no disregard to the human race! I hope they shut this place down! I'm going to report them to the BBB for all the reported incidents which are clearly out of compliance!!! read more

I accidentally gave the girl $80 instead of $60 for gas and she denied it. I noticed it immediately as well. Came back later when "she can count the till" (5 hours later) and asked to check the cameras. Manager says only the owner can check cameras. Well that's a lie. So she ends up checking them && they claimed I gave her $60. As I'm waiting- I saw her start to get nervous and give another customer an extra $10. The end of her shift comes (oh, I had to wait an extra 30 mins) and she says she's only over $9.75. Well that sounds about right- because I SAW her give an extra $10 out. So at this point I ask to see the cameras myself and low and behold- they suddenly say they saw me give her $80 (never showed me the cameras) & give me my money back. Don't know what they're game is- they all seem in on it. DONT COME HERE. Gas is cheaper a little farther down the street at ARCO by the 215. I go to Circle K for Polar Pops, because of the styrofoam cups and .89 price. But this place is the worst! The syrup/co2 mixture that comes out is HOT! Even when you fill your cup with ice 3/4 full, the ice is melted by the time you get to the checkout. Go to another Cirkle K. read more

The manager at this location needs to be fired. She has HORRIBLE customer service and refuse to change incorrect price tags on products within the store. I have lived in the area for 5 years and l am finally fed up with her attitude towards customers. I call the Shell and Circle K corporate office on her. If we all stop shoping here they will have to fix the problem with management. read more
