Michelle G's review sums it up. This place is so bad that I think corporate should intervene. You can never speak to anyone on the phone if you have a question about your prescription. If you go inside, you're in pharmacy line for a half hour. Once it was an hour for me. if you sit in your car, you're in line for a half hour before being waited on. I feel sorry for the people who work here because the people that work the front of house work very hard and I've never had an issue. They are great. It's just the pharmacy that is totally unmanaged with zero customer service. Does Corporate ever check these things out? read more

This Pharmacy has the worst customer service i have ever dealt with. The lady keeps hanging up on you or putting you on hold, is extremely rude and the pharmacist is unprofessional. I will never deal with them again. read more

Outstand Walgreens. They are my drugstore for prescriptions and other medical needs. Very helpful staff. Personable. The doctor or I send in my prescriptions and they promptly fill them. (Just like they should.) I have been using them for several years now and I have had no problems. Highly recommend. read more

Good luck to anyone dealing with this business! Covid test appointment scheduled for 12:45. Get there at 12:30. Get to window at 1:30. They close for lunch from 1:30-2pm. So I wait the 30 minutes. Get told I don't have a confirmation number I can get tested?!?!? I have a Walgreens email stating my appointment, correct location, and appointment time. Wasted 2 hour waiting in line for nothing. You're better off going to cvs read more

Made a quick stop to pick up some Tylenol (I had a headache) and some Hershey Kisses (I was craving chocolate). This Walgreens has always been a clean, well lit, well stocked store. And I've always found the Cashiers to be very friendly. read more

Yay! I finally found a pharmacy that had my prescription in stock! But unfortunately they no longer take my insurance. I guess I should remember to ask that question on the phone before I drive out next time. There was no way I was going to pay $119 for some eye drops. So on we go to the next pharmacy. read more

Waiting over an hour for a scheduled vaccine appointment is ridiculous and not acceptable. Staff the pharmacy appropriately or fix your workflows. read more

Pharmacist was extremely rude. One line for everything. Staff hiding and talking while line was wrapped down the aisle. Don't waste your time, find another Walgreens. I tried to give 0 stars, but the minimum was one star. read more

Walgreens at 7901 Ritchie Hwy. I scheduled my booster COVID-19 and flu shots online. Arriving early, I walk to the Pharmacy department. The COVID-19 station was CLOSED with SHUTTERS DOWN and ZERO DIRECTIONS on where flu shot recipients are supposed to go. As I stand there confused where I'm supposed to check-in, I see a small card reader with folks sitting or standing by so I used it figuring this is what I needed to sign into to get my shots. I provide my driver's license and health insurance. Then, I sit down for roughly 10 minutes. Zero activity or sound from the vaccination station. Therefore, I stand in the long customer service line for "Pick up/Drop Off" with one cashier. Again, there was ZERO indication that this was the line I needed to be in to get my shots. NO COVID-19/FLU SHOT DIRECTIONS ANYWHERE. After waiting 20 minutes in line, I still noticed ZERO activity in the vaccination room. As I am third in line, I get a call from the nurse at the first station I used my driver's license and health insurance, so I got out of the "Pick Up/Drop Off" line. I had to knock on the nurse's door since she shut it immediately after calling my name. I told her that I am so confused with where I'm supposed to get my COVID and flu shots and she stated that she was not the vaccination nurse and that I needed to wait in the long "Pick Up/Drop Off" line. Extremely annoyed for wasting my time with ZERO DIRECTIONS FOR CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE OR IN MY EMAIL APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION, I stated that I am leaving the store; forget the appointment. Due to this extremely lackluster display for common customer curtesy and service, I will never return to another Walgreens ever again. Great job Walgreens. read more

Disgusting and confusing customer service, a rude man would tell me my prescription was cancelled. A nice girl would find my doctors recent prescription refill forms and look for my refill, the rude man would then pick up and tell me that this information is invalid and it's my responsibility to fix it. If that sounds fun, this place is for you. When they do fill prescriptions, they do it well. read more

So my daughter has disabilities and got rushed to emergency room at 6 am. When we left at 12 the doctor sent my scripts to this place . When I got there at 1 Ish they tell me it's not there . So I took my sick kid back to the hospital for them to tell me it was recieved by the pharmacist at 9.29 am. I go back to walgreen and h this time the line is around the isles long and 3 people behind the counter and only one helping customers while the other one is organizing. Meanwhile my sick Child is getting worse and worse. When I give them the paperwork that said it was recieved he looked abaim and said on o overlooked jr it will A half hour . No apology no care for us at all . There were elderly customers on line for This long as well . The customer service here is awful and I won't be back. We just mkbws here and I had all my families meds to transfer . Hell worn thag I'm staying with cvs . I will Travel . The pharmacist was rude just plain rude to read more

Terrible customer service. Pharmacy cashier had a long conversation about her social life with a customer while i waited. This continued after their transaction was done. I complained to the manager. The pharmacist then called me, demanding that I talk to him directly in the future! It is no wonder that service is bad in here, because the managers do not understand what proper customer service is. This is not the first time that I was forced to wait at this Walgreens pharmacy because they cannot train and manage their employees. Avoid Walgreens at 7953 Crain Highway South in Glen Burnie! read more

Do not go here. multiple times when receiving pain medication after surgery I have gone home to find that I am missing pills. I called to complain and speak to a manager by prefacing with my intention not to get more pills so they wouldn't think I was addict. I told them I wanted to make sure it wouldn't happen again because it has happened three times. I called twice and twice an employee hung on me. Their response was that it couldn't be their responsibility because they counted twice so it must be my fault. I will never go here again and if for some reason I do, then I will make sure to count the pills at the counter so those around me know this is an issue at Walgreens. It has happened to me twice prior and each time they try to put the ownership me. Ive never had the issue with non controlled substances, which leads me to believe that they have employees who stealing money and Much needed medication from customers. As a side note, I called to complain to the corporate office and the representative was polite, genuine, and made me feel like he was listening to me at least. read more

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered. The wait in the drive thru is always 20 plus minutes regardless of the time of day. Our dr. Calls in the prescription earlier than the fill date and any other pharmacy just holds it until the due date but this Walgreens sends us a text that the prescription has been canceled. So we have to call and they say "well it's too early". We know! Just hold it until the fill date. Then we call to see if the prescription is ready on the fill date and they say it's out of stock until tomorrow. ???? Unbelievable. read more

Update again, 5 months have passed, still screwing up. Filling 90 day prescriptions for only 30 days. Also, just dropped my prescription off from the dentist after having major surgery. They told me 30 minutes...I came back an hour and a half later they tell me they don't have a prescription for me, they lost it. You've been warned use this place at your own risk, SMH...Why have I not switched read more

The pharmacy is the worst. They don't greet you or say "we will be with you in one moment" they just make you wait and wait and wait. Then they don't have 1 employee working the drive thru and 1 on the counter they just work the drive thru and make you wait at the counter. Worst pharmacy ever read more

The Pharmacy will not answer the phone. I tried calling the manager of the Pharmacy, no answer there either. I tried calling the store to see if they could help me get in contact with the pharmacy, all he did was transfer me to the pharmacy, after I told him I've called several times and they're not answering - they didn't answer of course after he transferred me. I called the store again, same thing. Called the store again and he picks up the phone without speaking and transfers me to the pharmacy without saying a word to me at all. Horrible customer service overall from the pharmacy and the store. I may need to switch to a new pharmacy now. Good communication with the pharmacy is very important... read more

I am going to travel, called twice for a vaccine. They told me they have ordered it and that I should come today to pick it up. Surprise !!!! Now I need a prescription so they can not provide me the vaccine, unless I have a prescrition. I had the other one required and they NEVER told me I needed the prescription. Poor customer service. They not even offer to help. I had yo ask them to call my doctor to get it. No initiative either!! read more

This place has us waiting for 10 minutes I wish that the rite aid near did not have to close this place takes forever

Passport photos. Immediately greeted. Photos taken right away. Took very little time to process. Great experience.

Older black guy working the register has the worst attitude I've ever encountered. Got nasty with me because I didn't "flip my rewards card over" for him to scan. That's your job. Pick it up. Also don't bother mentioning you have a coupon or you will get huffed and puffed at or told by him "I KNOW there's one in the coupon book!!!!" Get the f outta here. Not dealing with his crap any more. Every single time I see him I say hello and smile and pray he'll be nice to me today. But he either stares at me blankly or just stone cold ignores me. Used to love going to this Walgreens. Now I drive to the one across from Marley Mall just to avoid this guy. read more

I only signed up so that I could tell everyone how absolutely awful this pharmacy is. I was told a half hour and came 45 minutes later and told another half hour. I returned 45 minutes later and told 15 minutes. I have now beem sitting here for two hours. Just be honest and if you can't figure out how to do your job (the same one a coin counting machine does perfectly and 100x more effectively) then maybe you should have gotten your associates in something like basket weaving instead. This is ridiculous as is your job efficiency. There should be negative stars solely for this place. read more
