If i could give this store a -0, I would. Pharmacy staff is rude. They never have meds stocked, they don't refill from app, will lie and tell you you didn't order it or you canceled. Good luck trying to get through to the pharmacy... tried twice to get info on my prescription. In one day I was on hold for 45 min and then again for 1 hr and 26 min... did not get through either time!! I don't know if they are severely understaffed and/or ignoring phones... read more

Unfortunately my Dr. Make the biggest mistake to send my prescription to this awful pharmacy. So I made a call to this pharmacy this morning and it took 1hr and 13 minutes as caller number # 2 making a total wait of 1 hr and 40 minutes to be caller #1 and at the end they just lifted the phone and hang up, all I was trying to know if my kidney medication was received and processed, now you tell me isn't this exceptional service or what!!!!! read more

This Walgreens pharmacy is extremely rude, nasty attitude and unhelpful! They basically don't care about the patients at all. I called to see if my prescription was ready, they only to get a response by one of their nasty employees and basically told me in a very uncaring tone of voice, that my medication is not ready (it been almost three weeks). Now, I understand that there not enough medications, however do they call or try to see if they can help a patient in getting the medication which is very important. Then she with uncaringly tone of voice, as if she to busy, "Try calling your doctor to see what they can do" and then before I can even say anything else just hung up on me. I've never been in a bad pharmacy where they just don't care about their patients or apparently good customers service, which this company pharmacy lacks (among other things)! How do you not call to see when their medications are ready or call to pick up the medication's or text message? They treat you like a savage and throw your receipts at you instead of handing them in yours hands, like being polite decent human being would do. They get angry when you can afford the medication and if you tell them you'll pick it up later, they embarrass you in front of other patients and say "you don't have any money so then why are we fill your prescription?" as if you their saying, that I just wasting there time filling a prescription if I can't afford it? These people are just very unfriendly and don't care about anything else but money and not your wellbeing. I guess that's what they the medical business, instead of the medical field. read more

I have been meaning to leave a review for the Pharmacy department for months now and just as I was about to put it off again ... I read someones unfortunate experience and was so taken back by it I couldn't not leave a comment ... I can't say enough GOOD things about the pharmacy department! Diana ALWAYS goes above and beyond whether it's because of my insurance company doctors office or my medication not being in stock she is ALWAYS trying to solve the issue as quick as possible WITH A SMILE! It's extremely hard to find a pharmacist at a corporate company who is personable and cares ... that being said I will continue to make my 4 hr round trip to this Walgreens read more

This is in regards to the pharmacy. This place needs to be legit investigated by Walgreens itself or some government authority. It's the most unorganized disaster of a pharmacy I've ever dealt with... the employees have NO CLUE what they're talking about and the wait times are so bad. The problem is obvious, the volume that pharmacy handles in such a small physical space with not enough/inept staff is a disaster waiting to happen. Use another location. read more

I have stage-4 cancer. I'm in severe pain. My pain management doctor prescribed pain medication on a Thursday, My insurance released the prescription to be filled on Friday, however Walgreens did not have enough pills. Since it is a narcotic, if I get a partial fill with only the pills that they have in stock, I won't be able to get the rest of the pills that will be owed. So, now it's Saturday and there is only one person authorized to order more pills. That person won't be in until Monday and it will take 2-3 additional days for them to get the order. So here I am, suffering, all because these people don't have enough pills in stock. Thanks, Walgreens. read more
