Last week my doctor sent over the script. A couple days later I called to confirm it was in but no one was answering the phone so I just drove over. They said they didn't have it and needed to order it, and to come back tomorrow. I confirmed that was for the medication, syringes, and both needle sizes, and she said yes. I came back a couple days later and they handed me the prescription. But I looked in the bag and it was just the vial, not any syringes or needles. I got back in line and they said they didn't have any and would need to order them, and for me to come back tomorrow. I asked if that was for both needle sizes and the syringe, and she said yes. I got a voicemail that my prescription was ready to pick up. I checked the app and it was one of the needle sizes. Not the drawing needle or the syringe. I gave up at that point. I'm not going to keep going back and forth so I can slowly piece together my prescription. I'm paying out of pocket so I'll go back for the medicine itself, since this place has the lowest price. But I just ordered from a medical supply store to get the rest

Each month, I call my prescriptions in. EACH month I received multiple messages that my prescriptions are ready to pick up. EACH month, after waiting several days, I go to the pharmacy to pick up my meds. EACH month when I get there, I am told they are not ready. EACH month I have to make at least two and often three trips to the pharmacy just to pick up the meds. It is crazy. I would strongly recommend to everyone to avoid this pharmacy like the plague.

I don't recommend going to pick up a RX between 1:30pm and 2:30pm. The Manager Mayur was kind enough to explain why they didn't open exactly at 2pm. The reason being that some times they don't start their lunch on time and they have to rake their 30 minutes. That's understandable. Rachel is very helpful. She goes the extra mile if need be and that means a lot. This location isn't the best at being customer focused however, for the most part, most of the pharmacy staff are nice.

My doc's office had let me know that I was overdue for two shots (when's the last time *you* had a tetanus shot?!) so I called the pharmacy to confirm that they could do them both and went during the hours they do injections. It was a Friday - I wanted a couple of days to recoup if I had a reaction - and was disappointed when their computer showed that they had one dose left of one shot but it wasn't on the shelves. One of the pharmacists said that they weren't busy and offered to go to another Acme pharmacy right then to get it. He was back in 15 minutes, I got my shots, and am very thankful for his generosity.

The pharmacy people know me and are always friendly. I like the people that work there for the most part. The best feature of this store is the self-check out. As a couponer (CVS encourages it), I can park myself in front of one of these terminals and check out without pissing off the people behind me in line. The only negative I can think of is that they don't have a dedicated clearance section. Like some of the other chains. Hey, sometimes you just want to paw through cr** no one would buy in a million years. It's in the constitution! :-) And they have a Red Box machine outside.
