Store is clean and has a vast array of supplements, food, beverage at an average price, some sales. Bathrooms you have to have staff to let you in. For new customers who sign up to give your phone number there are great discounts...not sure how long will last. What is hugely lacking is the customer service and their not representing a community based, beautiful, organic store. Either staff is overworked, underpaid or not cared for. No smiles, no welcoming at this new store. I could not read a label of a plant based bug spray and asked a staff member to read aloud. There was potassium sorbate and other non-planted based ingredients. The older cashier was abrupt and impatient. Compared to the wonderful co-op I go to in Milwaukee, there is no need to return.

The staff members are always friendly and helpful. This is like a collectible and gift shop that has food and a gas station. It is way cooler than I have described it. I have purchased many gifts here over the years. They have packer stuff, greeting cards, health and beauty items, clothing and accessories as well. You can always find a bargain on accessories and most any gift item. I always seem to find a really great scarf for a few dollars. They do clearance their merchandise seasonally. This time, I purchased a very nice pair (tho expensive) of glasses and was very happy with them... frames included! I knew I was probably out of luck, but I called anyway, wondering if they thought they might be able to repair the damaged glasses. The receptionist was VERY nice, and asked me to bring them in, and they would check them out. I left them there, and a few hours later, I got a call, telling me they indeed were able to repair them. I came in, they had me sit to get 're-fitted'. A little touch up here and there, and they were perfect! Yea!! The kicker?? They repaired them *perfectly* for No Charge! Is that Customer Service or not!?? Go there!
