Kwik Trip always offers a clean and enjoyable experience. We were on a day trip to Delevan, enjoying a little fishing followed by the fireworks display at the local high school for the 4th of July. Between the fishing portion of the program and the fireworks, we stopped here to gas up and pop into the convenience store. As with all Kwik Trips I've stopped in, it's super clean and the store was pretty spacious for a convenience store. I had to utilize their bathroom facilities as well, which were also impeccably clean. We weren't looking for snacks, but had we been--they had snacks a-plenty. Crazy that the highlight of my Lake Geneva trip was this Kwik Trip, but it was! Not that the rest of the trip was bad, just that I was dumbfounded at how awesome this place is. First of all, I'm a huge fan of Faygo and they have the largest, most extensive variety of Faygo products I've ever seen in one place. Then I was really struck by how many prepared food options they have. I saw a BAG of soup that really baffled me. It's almost like a mini grocery store, they have all sizes and flavors of milk, including PEACH milk?! They have every fashioned coffee! Plus numerous cream styles and bottles and bottles of flavoring. I'm sad they're not in Chicago where you're lucky if the 7-eleven even has coffee brewed at all. They'd totally go out of business if Kwik Trip came to town! Now, on to the donuts. Their donuts have absolutely no business being as good as they are. When Dunkin took the Donuts out of their name it was because Kwik Trip put them to too much shame. The Parisian is where it's at...a cinnamon roll with frosting piled on top. But not just any frosting...CREAM CHEESE FROSTING. And holy hello these things went down WAY too easy and had me and my partner dreaming about them long after we returned home. Just writing this has me tempted to drive the two hours to get them. I was told they bake them fresh at their bakery in some other town and they're delivered daily. At 10 pm you can get donuts half off! It's probably better for my waistband that they're not closer to me! To top it all off, the staff is SUPER friendly. Over a 4 day trip, we visited multiple times over different shifts and every single employee was happy, helpful and welcoming. Like they really do just enjoy working there and serving the community. worst kwik trip I've ever been to. No hot food and they got rid of the sugar shaker!? I'm not ripping open packets of sugar for my morning coffee. this isn't a hotel or sit down restaurant - I want to be able to get in and out with hot food and a hot drink. High school aged kid working the front was one of the most disrespectful workers I've ever seen, especially at Kwik Trip where everyone is usually awesome. He was harassing an older man for being a Cubs fan (seriously, not in a joking way) and when I was trying to lighten him up he started to come after me. Told me to go back home as I was wearing a Boston jersey. Felt like I was being pranked...just completely disrespectful and didn't seem to have any ounce of lightheartedness in his comments. Love good old sports banter but this wasn't that. Almost like he was looking to pick a fight with people. He's lucky the man and laughed and just walked out of the store. I went inside to buy a car wash gift card. Both ladies working the register were clueless and had no interest in helping me. I'm not sure if that's how they are with all customers. I asked how much they were and they told me they didn't know. They said they could scan it but it would ring up. So what! If I don't buy it, I'm sure they can clear the transaction. I told them forget it and turned around and walked out. One of the ladies name badge showed that she worked there since 2017. Kwik Trip must be desperate for employees. read more

I am a Kwik Trip Fan! This is a newer store in Delavan. Has really friendly and courteous employees working there. I've never had an major issue but one ncomplaint is sometimes the area around the soda machine is fairly dirty from customers spilling their sodas when they fill them. I realize that you can't be on top of this all the time however I go in there often and there's been a few times when it looked the same as the day before. They have good fresh made pizzas at decent prices. Toppings are plentyful considering that this is a convenience store gas station. They do have meals that you can buy at a decent price to take home that are actually really good. One of my favorite things is the fact that you can buy fresh pears or apples or even bananas. They have plenty of snacks. Bathrooms are fairly clean and kept in good order. The car wash is good and does a decent job however my complaint is it is $11 for the ultimate car wash unless they're having a special. read more
