    TLDR: If you choose to print photos here, just check them all before you leave…read more I didn't really appreciate my experience here with printing photos. I had sent in 6 photos to be printed for a gift. I arrived in the morning when they were not busy at all. I stood at the photo desk & they have a button that says "press here for assistance." Well I pressed it... 3 different times and nothing happened. So I walked up to the check out ladies & they came over to help me & laughingly told me the button doesn't work. If that's the case, then just remove the sign please. They handed me my photos & I had purchased them for half off, so the price was good but the quality I received just wasn't what I was expecting. They look fine just a little fuzzy? And the photos were professionally taken. My husband in one printed photo had a black mark near his eye, so I asked them to reprint it. She did & the same thing happened. Somehow on the upload a mark appeared & it wasn't the printer, it was just the digital version. So I asked how to fix it & I got some suggestions with little to no desire to help me out. They offered to photoshop it but I didn't want to risk that. I tried using their kiosk but it took way too long to even try to look up the photo on my phone. So I just left with 5 okay pictures & 1 picture that we'll just laugh at. I'll probably try somewhere else next time or get my own photo printer.

They deserve no stars at all

Catalina came to help me, I've never experienced horrible customer service like this.. she got an attitude telling me Walgreens couldn't scan QR code's for returns. I read her the email that was sent to me giving me this location as the drop off.. I also was confused as to why would fed ex give us QR code's if it want possible to scan it. Catalina was super disrespectful, telling me I should go to another place that could help me. I asked for a manger the shift leader KIKI came. She too didn't know the process of retrieving the label via QR code. She tried scanning as a door tag, of course that wouldn't work because it wasn't a door tag.. I felt as if they never returned something with a QR code. KIKI the shift leader wasn't fluent, the only difference between her and Catalina was she easy trying and she didn't have an attitude!!! Then the light in the dark came tomiyah, as I was feeling defeated she politely told KIKI that scanning the QR code was an option. It wasn't listed on the machine like the other noticeable options drop off, pick up and door scan.. she explained you had to log into a different section. She took the device logged in scanned the QR CODE and retrieved the tag! This location is in need of SOME MAJOR TRAINING!!! Catalina need help with her customer service and attitude. If she didn't know how to scan the QR code she should've asked for help! She should've never made me feel as if I was asking her to do something impossible. I should've never felt as if her and I were in a battle for right or wrong. This is super unacceptable because I look like the combative person when in reality 2-3 employees weren't educated on the how's of how to handle returns PROPERLY! THANK YOU TOMIYAH, your professional, your apology meant the world! more importantly you getting the job done correctly was superb.
