So we didn't end up purchasing anything this day but I still want to review the experience we had while looking for the candy that was not there lol When we arrived, we were greeted by their door greeter and asked for our card as usual. When we walked in, we didn't see the candy so we asked a young lady who was stocking the shelves. She informed me that they were more than likely out but she would check just to be sure. She took us to where the Halloween candy usually was and sure enough, it was empty. She informed us that all the Sams are more than likely sold out but she told us that Target just started running a sale on half off candy and to check there (luckily that's where we found the candy so thank you! lol) It was a good Sams but I probably won't go back due to it being a popular sams and it was PACKED and it usually is but if you live on the east side, it's a great Sams but I'll stick to my empty westside Sams lol

Team that packs up online orders…read more TRAIN YOUR TEAM My last AAFES online orders have shipped from the Fort Bliss Exchange, Shipping Department. Last three orders placed on AAFES, again all shipped from Ft Bliss Exchange, have ALL ARRIVED BROKEN. Three claims filed with online AAFES. Last Order from FT Bliss, arrived 30 Oct 25, also arrived with extensive damage, all 6 items. No padding on the items, one piece of brown paper around a 2 lb Resin Figurine / Candle Holder. No bubble wrap, no styrofoam, no air pockets pillow things - they beat each other up as they travelled to San Diego area. No damage to box, not FedEx's fault. FOLLOW UP MONDAY: NOV 3: I called and spoke to GM / Store Manager, very nice of her to take my call. She said no one from AAFES online orders, had reached out to let them know of breakage issue with online orders shipped out of Fort Bliss Exchange complex. In the whole scheme of things this is not important, but it is a big waste of money & customer time ( Customer has to call shopmyexchange, start claim process, supply photos and then wait for return or even exchange ) - She said she would pass the packing / breakage issue to the shipping department. Bubble Wrap is a wonderful thing. This was 3 separate shipments, all the same items, all arrived damaged due to lack of padding. I did this claim business three times and I am tired. No more 2 lb frogs for me - this was a total of 15 broken frogs in 3 separate shipments. I am having nightmares of Bath & Body Works frogs crippled and damaged chasing me thru the house. I have PTFD, post traumatic frog disorder.

As I walked in the sweet gal at the register greeted me and asked what I was looking for, I told her but I was already heading for the direction and she agreed. She tailed behind and I let her know I knew the brand and color I wanted, I just needed to figure out the shade. She completely derailed me from my brand to an alternative and raved about it being popular, beautiful color, great, etc. it was similar in price so why not. She grabbed double the boxes needed for my hair. Then she tried to encourage me to buy the pricey developer over the one I normally buy. Like goodness lady. I get that you're doing your job by bringing in money for your business but I have been doing this for years before I took an extended hiatus. You are leaving a bad taste in my mouth and the trusted brand that Sally's was to me is becoming tainted. The worst part is she failed to mention that she knew X was my brand..... she knew the price of it.... $6.59 and it would have taken me no more than 2 boxes. For something I came into the store for. 2.4 oz of product... You sold me 4 boxes of 1.2 oz of a product for $7 a piece. I ended up returning the product once I got home excited to do my hair and realized it wasn't what I wanted at all. Sometimes you have to go with your gut feeling and not someone else's opinion.

Theiy follow through which is amazing considering how genetally poor the pharmacies are in El Paso alomg with thr mefical care whuch is the worst I've ever seen. Rarely do they not have a medication in stock which here again is valueable. The pharmacy is small bit that's probable what makes it so good. The staff as little to nome tirn over which is another big plus compared to Walmart, CVS which has a high turn over and has many Deficiencies. I highly recomend this pharmacy.
