Post Surgery Stats(1 week): 224lbs 14.1% body fat 114lbs of lean muscle. 32lbs of body fat. Cost: $15,000 for Abdominal and Chest Total body fat percentage shaved and trimmed off was about 4%, although according to my body scan I lost fat in my legs and arms too, probably from my increased cardio from my cut in my workouts. Occupation: Police Officer I've been working out 6 days a week since 2019. I was struggling to lose some stubborn body fat around the abdominal region and struggled with Gyno around my chest region from being a vegetarian as a child and eating a lot of soy. I sought out survey now that I was making some decent $$$. The nurse, staff, and Dr. Alford were all extremely polite, and humorous during the procedure. The actual procedure itself took about 3 hours and you're extremely medicated and loopy. Even with the medication the pain itself was probably a 6/10 and i literally felt like I was being cut open and probed. I guess at the time it sucked but biting down on a towel helped a lot but it was worth it because there are immediate results and I'm so much happier with my chest region. I feel like all my muscles I've been working for my pecs are now actually showing since all the fat there is gone. The abdominal region I think needs more time to fully heal and close up but it does certainly look a lot more leaner and V shaped. I would recommend this place, but also would recommend Xsculpt if you're a man. They have more male oriented procedures. Let me preface this by saying that I am her son. Now, this might get this review removed, but do…read morehear me out. As someone whose passions drove away from the aesthetic, I was always skeptical of the things she did in part due to my ignorance/disinterest for art (despite her repeated attempts to engage my other half the brain). As someone who is trained in finance/trading, my right brain was pretty much left to rot while in school. However, she worked tirelessly (many, many sleepless nights) at home coordinating fabrics, making the quilts, testing and developing the soaps, creams, shampoos, and god knows what else she made, on herself and with products she grew in what was her backyard. Yet, even after two to two and a half days of marathon preparation, she kept on going until she found the perfect formula for her products and the right designs for her quilts. I've witnessed this first-hand for the last ten years of my life. This story, while superficial in the background, is a testament to her commitment to her passion, the combination of art and beauty. Now, on to the products. While I am not a good judge of interior design, her bedding has always seem to seamlessly work well in the proper environment. That's as much as I'll say about that. On to her beauty products. My mom (pretty much by force) gave me these products to try on. These included, her soaps, some serums, and shampoo. Of course, I never bothered trying them until I ran out of soap and shampoo since I thought all soap was soap and all shampoo was shampoo. Boy was I wrong. When I used the typical 'head and shoulders', I would get dandruff and my head felt a tiny bit itchy afterwards. I've also used Kiehl's products for shampoo/conditioner, and I have to say the after effect feels comparable, if not slightly better. Now, I'm not saying this just because she's my mom. The smell is very neutral, and the shampoo just makes my hair feel squeaky clean and smooth. No weird side-effects. Same with her hand soaps. With regular soaps (like Dove), I noticed my skin felt a bit tight but never really thought much of it until I realized by skin was getting dried out (flakes during the winter). However, once I started using these soaps, I no longer felt this tightness and actually thought my skin felt just as loose as it was going into the shower. I don't know how else to explain it. But the fact that the scent is very natural and there is a sense of 'neutrality' makes it a great product. She gave me a bunch of funky serums and I tried one and I felt has started to even out my skin complexion a little bit more, which was pretty interesting. In all, I tried to give as objective a review as I could on her products, and all I can say is to give my mom a chance. I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

After consulting my medical doctor and the drug manufacturer, they said this isn't the case. The medication only affects people who ARE pregnant or IN THE PROCESS of trying to become pregnant. Taking the drug now doesn't affect people who want to become pregnant in the future. When I contacted Lana's office to clarify, they said that what Lana told me initially was her interpretation of the facts. Even the office staff is drinking the dishonest kool-aid that she's selling. Because of this, I decided not to see her and went to a different acupuncturist in the area. Please be careful and do your research before moving forward with her. The 40s have brought bags to my eyes among many other joys of aging (i partly blame my 3 children…read more:)). One of my friends mentioned she had a great consultation with Dr. Tamara Fountain about a lower blepharoplasty so I decided to do the same. I also noticed that she was highly recommended on a fb group i had joined all about blepharoplasty, although the pics of people post surgery on that fb group were enough to make me want to cancel my appointment. I was able to get an appointment a few weeks after calling. Her office is conveniently located near my house, which I liked since the other doctors i was referred to were in the city or far suburbs. I was seen within minutes of arriving for my appointment. They did an eyesight test which i wasn't expecting and didn't put my contacts in that morning (and my glasses were in the car). So i highly recommend bringing any corrective eyewear you have. Dr. Fountain did a great job of explaining why i have bags (thank you genetics). She then told me she didn't think I needed surgery for many years and I really appreciated her honesty. She did show me some more post surgery pics to properly scare me about future surgery, but I do appreciate knowing what I would be getting myself into. She suggested looking into med spa treatments and even gave me some names (one located within her office) and said to come back years from now...and in the meantime to send my mom. :) Overall, I was really impressed with the way she explained everything and her honesty. I'd highly recommend if on the hunt for an ophthalmologist.
