Had to get shots for school. I was early for my appointment. Sat there while a few people came in and were so ugly and impatient with the pharmacy staff. The staff were so gracious and helpful with everyone that came in. Super friendly to everyone even if, IMO, did not deserve it. Fast with my shots. Got me in and out before my appointment. Apologized for making me wait--which was my own fault I came in more than 30mins early. They were great. read more

This Walgreens is RIDICULOUSLY slow. There can be 4 employees inside and you'll still sit at the drive thru window for 4-10 minutes before someone comes to you. The woman pharmacists always has an attitude and doesn't explain anything well either. I'm so fed up I am in the process of switching my entire families scripts to the Walmart. read more

The pharmacy technician, Mike, is loud, rude and unbearable to deal with. Mike is always in a hurry, extremely low on patience and will hang-up the phone should you not understand his explanation rather than giving the call to a different technician to handle. He does not deserve a job working with the public, lack communication skills. read more

Pharmacy is a joke. Take 30 mins to ask 3 questions. Not sure what so confusing about confirming info, taking payment, & passing the prescription. They work extremely slow with no care for how long you wait. What a great customer service they provide. read more

Worst pharmacy! Every month I drop off same prescription and every month I wait 1-5 days to receive. Same prescription same issue. They say it will be ready in couple hours. It never gets submitted in system, so nothing in progress after checking in afternoon. I call them, they say they will get it ready, them I wait and keep calling until it is ready. I'm going to try the mom n pop pharm by wing stop next month. I went in this morning. They were super nice and said that will not happen there, but we will see. read more

This place is the absolute worst. Horrible wait times and the rudest staff I've ever seen. They only care about their license and yet somehow were able to maintain one given the fact that they seem to have no idea who's life they could be putting in danger when the customer goes without due to their negligence. The manager who works there is VERY RUDE!! She either needs to go back to training for management customer service or work somewhere else. BOTH times I called this week in regards to an order she was completely unprofessional & not empathetic AT ALL! I didn't get her name, but I'm sure she's the only manager at this location. Worst customer service EVER!...pharmacist is judge mental looks at you with demeaning gestures while you try to explain why you need a pain Med the pharmacy next door ran out and it would take a week to refill... I never have felt this way till I came here the harm pharmacy manager lady was not friendly and also the asst pharmacy manager was no help in getting my pain script refilled.. After they checked the Dea Data Center they still were not satisfied about the legitimacy of my wife's scripts they also called the CVS next who vouched for us they still were not satisfied they kept asking why we were there...The Doctor even called us back saying the pharmacy called them and if we were having trouble..NEVER NEVER AGAIN! Will I or my wife will go there. First time ever I had to raise my voice to a professional in front of customers we feel embarrassed and humiliated after such a scene. I had just been to the doctor, and was sick, and was feeling awful. I dropped off my prescriptions and was told they would be ready in 1.5 hours. I came back, sat in line behind 3 cars at the drive thru for 20 minutes to be told they hadn't started filling the prescriptions and would need 30 more minutes ! So I said no I'm feeling awful and you've had more than enough time. I asked for my prescriptions back. At this point I still would have allowed them to get it done if they would have offered to fill them right away. I mean gosh,,,they had all my information. It took ANOTHER 5 minutes to get my prescriptions back. I don't know who is running the show at this location but they sure are doing a terrible job ! I will NEVER fill a prescription at Walgreens again ! ! When I left Walgreens I drove less than 1/2 mile north to CVS. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. read more
