Andrea was amazing and so helpful! Had no ideas what I was going and helped me through the photo printing process

I want to thank walgreens pharmacy. I had no idea they closed at 10pm. I called the pharmacy 10 mins before they closed and the pharmacy had my medicine ready for me. I made it in there 1 minute before they closed. Thats what I call great customer service. read more

This place is a JOKE!!! I've called now 4 times and I still haven't talked to anyone! Another 16 mins right now. This happens all the time! I go to pick up RX and it's not ready. My child's RX has been in progress for 10hrs. They always have some excuse to not have the RXs ready. What doesn't make any sense is that they decreased pharmacy hours. The closest 24hr Walgreens is now 2.5hrs away. They now close for lunch too. Like rotate lunch times to always have someone available. Doesn't matter what time of day you go it's always busy. I worked for Eckerds years back and it was never like this. They had their routine together these people don't! I wish corporate would read these reviews. read more

I just had to say how sweet Jessica the manager is. I shop at this store often and anytime I need help, she is always there with a smile. It's hard finding good workers so just wanted to make sure Walgreens knew how awesome she was!! Thank you Jessica for everything you do! read more

I've attempted to have several prescriptions filled at this Walgreens and they consistently never receive the request or simply don't fill it, but this last time was the last straw and I'm switching pharmacies. They have an order from my doctor to refill my prescription but are just not filling it, I keep seeing an "action needed" status within the Walgreens app & a note they have something to clarify with me. I have called 4 different times regarding the "action needed" and I have been dismissed every time and told to call later or told that it is being worked on when it is not. It's been 2 days with no fill, no prescription takes that long to fill. They have parked me on hold every time I've called, one time was over 30 minutes, I believe they didn't plan on ever picking up. I explained all of this to a pharmacist technician and a pharmacist who assured me they would fill the prescription but the next morning, now Sunday, when they are closed, I have a brand new "action needed" status. Walgreens was a familial place of work, my mom and dad worked there, my brother, and I too. I've been very loyal to their pharmacies as a result; however, this is such a poorly managed pharmacy that after now 3 days of calling, I can't get a prescription filled and I am almost out of my current prescription and frantically trying to call my doctor and a new pharmacy who can actually accomplish their job. Shockingly disappointing service. If you've used Walgreens for years I highly recommend switching somewhere else for the meantime read more

Had a horrible experience with Irma, she thinks she owns the store made a big deal because I was recording and wasn't recording her, she ran out the store to follow me and yelled at me. So I went back to return every item I purchased and she called the cops on me because she felt threatened. The manager reviewed the surveillance and saw I didn't do anything wrong yet she still has her job. I've been shopping at this Walgreens for years now I've switched my prescriptions to heb and no longer shop there like I used to. She doesn't deserve to be a manager and needs to get a new job. read more

Walking into Walgreens it was super late , I was half awake . This lady comes by and says to go around her cart . When we weren't going to even touch it . She screamed at us so angry . I apologized but she had no reason to be rude . She was tall , glasses and weird braided hair . All Walgreens have been very friendly guess not here . read more

Whatever you do not EVER switch from a cvs to this Walgreens. I've done nothing but waste my time here. I've never picked up a medicine and waited less than 20 min. I will say the staff are polite but it doesn't make up for wasting my time here. read more

If you value you TIME avoid this pharmacy at all costs! Wait time is terrible 2+ hours for a non-schedule drug..... the kicker is you come back for your meds hours later and they still are not done!! Do yourself a favor and do not use this pharmacy just because it's close to the Driscoll childrens urgent care. If I could leave them a negative 5 star review I would read more

This place is a Walgreens... so check your expectations at the door. Things are a bit overpriced, the customer service is a hit or miss. This is the place that you will wanna get in and out. read more

If you're looking for a pharmacy, keep looking! I've picked up prescriptions at various times during the day and it never fails I end up waiting 40min + to be seen. I've tried drive thru vs waiting inside. Staff is somewhat friendly once I'm finally helped but the wait time is not worth it. read more

This had 1.5 stars and we were ready for the worst. Have you guys SEEN this ice cream selection? Also the guy working was super polite and helpful. You guys must have been in the upside down. read more

TERRIBLE customer service! Supposed to be a Fed Ex drop off and pickup but they do not want to do it. Literally was told today, they do not do FedEx as they are standing under Fed Ex sign. Just too lazy to do their job. Rudeness was ridiculous. Contacted Fed Ex and they advised they receive constant complaints about the lack of competency of this store read more

My experience with this wall greens has been terrible over the last several months. They have a outsourced answering service that answers their phones so these people will tell you one thing about your order and when you get to Walgreen store to pick it up, they won't have a clue I've talked to two managers there I thought, but it seems that neither one of those were the managers and I'm not sure who the real manager is not that it probably would do any good I've had nothing but problems getting my prescriptions filled on time or filled completely the partially filled prescription for 90 days and then when you go back to get the other 60 pills, they say that prescription has nothing to do with the 60 pills and I have to wait till the 30 pills run out before I can order with a new prescription if you like to have fun talking to somebody and know how to treat somebody that gives you a hard time you'll really enjoy talking to these people at the store I'm going to change to Walgreens Pharmacy over on Padre Island Drive. I believe their ratings are very good. Have a great day and lots of luck if you use the store. read more

The pharmacy is plain awful. People upfront are super friendly, super helpful . The pharmacy girls must hate their job. Pure miserable. If you don't like dealing with customers go somewhere else. The girl this evening was just plain awful. Rude too. She treated everyone the same , I observed her while waiting in this annoying line. This poor gentleman kept giving her his birthday she couldn't register it. He finally said look I'm not that old. She kept keying in the wrong year. She did the same to me, maybe write it down? I did observe the drive thru technician. Heard her, observed her attend to the window customers, now she could teach the inside pharmacy ladies some manners and courtesy. She was happy to help her customers. Eager to get them taken care of. Perhaps I'm old school expecting common courtesy. Not rude attitude, a simple thank you would be nice too. Geez , I may change my prescriptions as well. read more

Everyone seems to be really friendly here at this location. Whenever I am looking around the store I'm usually greeted by at least one employee asking me if I need help finding something and always with a smile. The only department that seems to be lacking is the pharmacy. Only about two of those employees act like they enjoy their job, The rest of them seem to just be trying to get through the day. read more

The staff at this location is consistently rude. Every single time. Waited over 30 min to pick up photos. When I went to pick them up, they weren't even ready and had been ordered three hours ago. Extremely disappointed. Loved having photos developed here, but will use Walmart going forward. Joseph was obviously busy and was very friendly, but the girl at the front had an attitude and rolled her eyes when I asked her to page somebody to help me in photo. Very disappointed. read more

Worst place to get your prescriptions at ever! Was told they'd be ready at 4:30pm, then 5pm & here it is 7pm & nothing is ready! Staff is super rude & unprofessional! If you need a pharmacy, DO NOT come to this one. Don't even waste your time. read more

Eh, it does the job. It's Walgreens... kind of like Spiderman you know? Hes there when you need him, just your friendly neighborhood spiderman Walgreens... Busy location, pharmacy.... and there is always a pharmacy line.. so hopefully Spiderman saves you. read more

Love this store but with recent "managers" Tammy and Elena it's become a nightmare to even run in for sale on my kids pampers or laundry detergent. If the machine rings up wrong price or you are not awarded your points too bad with these two. She will litteratly tell you oh well don't like it go somewhere else she can't help you with it. Roll eyes and tell you to refund it then. Now I don't even want to shop there no more because never had people so mad at work and negative if you ask for help or say " wait that's on sale look here's ad!" Nope you will get a big don't like it go somewhere else comment and heavy breathing punching keys and trying make point like all you want is to come in and ruin their day. No I have a large family and very smart about how I spend my money and also can do simple math! read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE this morning as my daughter was attempting to get a pain med script filled. Two hours because the tech on duty at 0635 couldn't (or wouldn't) try to help establish proper contact with her doc. Meanwhile she is writhing in EXCRUCIATING PAIN. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. EVER. read more

be on the alert... pharmacy is dispensing the wrong amout of pills in the bottle. bottle would say quantity 90, but if you actually count the pills you only get 70. i forgive one mistake, but two mistakes if not acceptable... insurance is being billed for wrong amount.. read more

Their wait time in the pharmacy takes far too long especially to be acknowledged. At least tell me "just a moment" or apologize about the fact that I sat here while you typed away on your computer for 5 minutes without saying a word. read more

The pharmacy has gone to crap. The Techs working in there are just awful and unpleasant. 24 - 48 hours to get a refill because it takes that long for "your doctor to respond." Maybe they mean to say "that's how long it takes us to send a fax to your doctor." I am going to use the GoodRX app and find the next best place to have my prescriptions refilled. I don't care what it cost, the cost of talking to this pharmacy is too much. read more

Went there for the flu shot. Tried to use my VA benefits. The tech told me that I can't get it because they bill it as tricare and that they I cant get it under tricare until December. I explained to her the email I received from VA stating that the free flu shots for veterans had started. We argue back and forth until the pharmacist rings in and tells her that I was right and gives her the VA form that she needs to fill out. She fills it out and tell me to have a seat then she will give me some paperwork to fill out. 10 minutes later she gives me the paper work. 5 minutes later the gives me the recipe and continues to tell me that I'm wrong for getting the flu shot because she has to bill it under tricare and I should be getting it until December. 20 minutes later the pharmacist finally comes and takes me into another room to give me the shot. He wipes my arm with alcohol and stick my arm with the needle in a completely different spot than where he first wiped. Thanks man. I think I'll just continue to use Walmart and get my flu shot from somewhere else. read more
