If you're looking for true organic, gluten free, sodium free, sugar free, caffeine free, lactose free, vegetarian, vegan, hi fiber, high vitamin, essential and such, you'll likely find it here. The layout is like a mini version of their major competitor. There are oodles of every kind of vitamin, supplements, you name it, it's easy to find. The place is bright, clean and energetic. The people there are friendly and helpful. They've got a good selection of produce, frozen foods, deli meats, even a kitchen demonstration room to get great tips on making healthy meals. The one caveat....the prices! Yeah, apparently living healthy comes at a (extravagant) price. One package of FOUR all organic beef, uncured hot dogs? Almost EIGHT BUCKS?? For FOUR??? Who buys just four?? But, I guess if you're devoted to that lifestyle, you're used to paying for it. Still, it's a cool place to shop for great, organic products. Eh, #1 one wish this would have been on the south side of town, #2, they ran out of bags.. like really, no BAGS not even ones to purchase (I mean how far is it a drive to Walmart buy bags and stock your brand new store). That was crazy, I had to carry all my items by hand to my car... like really WTH Natural... Other than having no bags, this place is Gluten-Free Heaven, THANK YOU NATURAL GROCERS for opening up a place that sells the largest gluten-free and organic selection in town. They have the largest variety I've seen in awhile, even more so than Whole Foods. They have a small organic produce selection which is usual but they also carry two isles of medicine that is natural. The very last Isle has so many different types of flower it's an amazement in all it's own. Also try to Carribean Fruit Mix (organic) is it very tasty. I'll def be back here many many many times. Thank you again NG for coming to Corpus Christi as Sprouts has let me down constantly with service, not carrying any specialty items, and expired food items. I'll support you forever. read more

Been grocery shopping here since it open, while yes it may be a little pricey compared to H-E-B and Walmart but the quality of the produce is outstanding and Organic which is a big plus for me. It's never over crowded and the staff is friendly, helpful and very pleasant not to mention they place everything In a produce box which, in my opinion is a great alternative to using plastic bags. read more

Yes it's over priced, but i'm glad we now have another natural/organic store in town other than Sprouts. Location is great for me as it's around the corner in walking distance. I can now get some of the things I used to have to order online & pay shipping for. They also told me if they didn't have something I wanted they could order it if they carry the brand just like Sprouts does. Also like that they moved into an existing vacant building (used to be our neighborhood Walgreens) rather than building new like others do. There's a few more brands I wish they'd carry, but other than that no complaints so far. read more

I love this place. It is a great place to get organic and nutrient rich foods, however, when I get home I'm always left with card board boxes everywhere. It's like the customers are picking up after the worker's trash. read more

Place is pretty neat inside. Workers are ok just don't like that when you walk into their soap and oils section (way to your left when you come into the store) they have someone come out of nowhere and start actin like they are stocking and can't stop having eye contact with you which is really awkward especially since it was my first time then. Also at the register they can't stop staring. So I give this place 3 stars only because of the oh so friendly -__- workers there. read more

I love this place. I have to travel from Kingsville to get products I can't find in Kingsville. And Natural Grocers has so many options for vegans for a small store, more than HEB and Sprouts. I plan to shop there every month. I hope more people will see the health benefits of shopping here and help make it a success. Understandably, they are small, but I think they will grow with demand. Sprouts is better than nothing and Natural Grocers is better than Sprouts, although not in all respects. The Natural Grocers in Corpus Christi is like a Whole Foods scaled down by 75% and without a dedicated meat/seafood department or alcohol. I like it because it is the best we've got. It's not bad when combined with the local farmers markets. I'm not holding my breath for a Whole Foods in this area. read more

What a wonderful place to shop!! Everyone is so helpful here. The food selection is AMAZING! The produce section is large with lots of different options and it is always fresh!! If you have never been here before, make sure to bring your own reusable bags because they do not have plastic/paper bags. They can put everything you purchase in a box, but reusable bags are so much better!! read more

They do the best they can with what they can get. Love the organic produce though it is small. I see them trying to do the organic thing in corpus. I hope this thing works out! This is a great place and far better than spouts. The only thing it doesn't have is alcohol and a very small rage of meat (which in vegetarian so I don't need it anyways). The prices are pretty good for organic produce but the rest is pretty pricey. Still it's a great place and I hope it makes it! read more
