This walgreens (like most) The store is clean and organized and stocked up. The staff doesn't Acknowledge you sometimes even if they are not busy. The restrooms are always locked and it's a pain in the butt to get it unlocked. Other than that this place is good to visit. read more

What an absolute joke. I went in so get a USB cord and some reading glasses, and I grabbed a bottle of iced tea and a peanut butter cup on the way out. When I got to the register I was asked if I had Walgreen's Rewards -- I don't shop at Walgreen's often enough to have any use for something like that, so I said no. The cashier then told me she had to get an override. So because I don't have your dumb rewards program I now have to wait for a manager. Cool. Then she rang me up and my total was almost $60. I asked how much the USB cord was. $12.99. I asked how much the readers were and she told me $36.99. That's obviously not right. Reading glasses are usually under $5 and there was nothing special about these. When I told her it was obviously a mistake, she didn't offer to investigate -- instead she told me that if I wanted the sale price I would need to sign up for Walgreen's Rewards. I tried to explain again that I wasn't looking for the sale price, just the correct price -- readers don't cost $37. She just shrugged and said that's the price that came up on her screen. I told her to keep all of it, used a few choice words, and left. I don't shop here a lot but this was my go-to pharmacy whenever I'm in Corpus Christi. Not anymore. I'll never set foot in this store again. Heading across the street to CVS. We'll see if they can do any better. Update: apparently readers are really expensive now. Screw every one of these stores. My Walgreens pharmacy on Weber closed, The store staff at Saratoga Blvd make a lot of mistakes and are extreme busy all the time. I switched to Walgreen on Staples St. only to find that they are closed on weekends, which is very inconvenient for customers. It seems as though Walgreens does t care much about customers as any of their stores. Unfortunately TRS dropped CVS this year with doesn't leave us many options for pharmacies. Whatever happened to good, efficient customer service. read more

Hanging up on people who are calling the pharmacy will not stop them from calling. If you don't want to help customers, find a different line of work. Called SEVERAL times to ask a very simple question on behalf of someone else and it either rang the entire time and timed-out, or you could hear someone would pick up and hang up immediately. Based on previous reviews, this is common for this store and for stores across the CC area. Bad business and major turnoff, Walgreens. This is why I, personally, do not use any of your facilities. read more

This place is a joke, I waited twenty minutes for some photo prints after the guy said someone "forgot to fill the paper" and then continued to not communicate and let other people in front of me, he had no idea what I needed printed even though I got multiple email confirmations about my prints, told him my full name, spelling, and exactly what my documents were. I continued to wait with no communication while he played on his phone and he thinks I want it printed as a tiny note card size? I eventually just left without my documents because apparently basic printing and doing your job is too much work. read more

Pharmacy went back to only weekdays I'll have to move to one open on weekends. Makes no sense that they are going to lose business

I know what I'm about to do is hard to believe. But even though I'm only giving them two stars, this is actually one of two decent Walgreens in this town. My biggest complaint every time I come to Walgreens is I pay online like they say so it will be faster pick up and nobody uses the express pick up. The pharmacy associate told me Express pick up was for FedEx express medication, which is such a lie. It is supposed to be for those who pay online can come in scan and leave. That is what the Express pick up lane is for, but the fact that he lied about what the Express pick up lane is for is complete bullshit. Someone needs to talk to him and do some retraining, it just pisses me off. Noah, is the name of the associate in the pharmacy that needs to be talked to. At the very least he shouldn't make shit up. This is the nicest, most posh Walgreens I have ever been to in my entire life. I can say I've been to my fair share of drugstores, but let me just say that when I saw this Walgreens just driving down the street, it is strikingly beautiful. There are clear window panels elaborately decorated around the edges of the building which makes it aesthetically pleasing to look at, both inside and out. I am assuming this is a new Walgreens because when I went inside, it was a lot bigger than a regular Walgreens would be. Like the supermarket of Walgreens. I wouldn't mind going there to buy anything and everything. read more

Love that y'all are open 24 hours but gosh the lines for pick up and drop off are horrible. Sometime I'll get luck but 9-10 there are a about 3-4 cars in line already. The service could make room for improvement. read more
