My dad and I walk in and are looking at the only two workers there. They suspiciously stared at us as if we don't belong there. The staring continues until I say "Hello!". I ask if they have sodium chloride tablets and I get a blank look from both men. One man repeats "sodium chloride"?, acting like he doesn't know what it is. A high school chemistry student knows exactly what it is. I tell them we just need some OTC salt tablets and they react almost annoyingly that they don't carry any and suggest I look on Amazon. Well, duh, but I need them now. Fair enough, we walk out. The entire exchange was quite unsettling. The front of the store has what appears to be some old shoes and an old wheelchair and devoid of much else. The two workers were very unwelcoming and acted like they were too busy to be bothered. The whole situation just felt off to me. I'm avoiding leaving one star because they at least acknowledged my presence, but not much else. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Everyone gets really excited when they hear about Deleon's pharmacy because they deliver- let me…read moretell you -it is not worth the problems that they give you in this pharmacy. First of all if you call in something at 10 o'clock in the morning you won't get it until 4 o'clock that afternoon -guaranteed .this is happened to me every time I have used Deleon Pharmacy. This is very hard to deal with when you have two sick children- throwing up ,high fevers and you need some help. Every time I have called to ask where my medication is -the woman on the phone ,who is the manager , is completely not compassionate and actually a little snappish. Once, I had to take one of my children to the doctor, I left an insulated lunchbox with a cool pack outside for them to put the medication for my other child into -they put it in the side pocket, left it in the heat for 3 hours , and so I paid for medication that was ruined by the time I got back. The manager did not seem to care about this at all and never apologized. Unless you're a junkie that needs your hydrocodone delivered to your door and you can wait until 4pm to get it - this pharmacy is not for you.

I told him I didn't have it on me, and he told me I needed to leave in a not-so-pleasant manner. Excuse me? I understand you have the right to ask me to leave, but he needed to learn some manners and customer service. I did not walk in like an obnoxious loud teenager. Hell, I'm 29, 27 at the time. We left and went elsewhere, even though my husband could have stayed and purchased what we wanted. By the way, I am Canadian and my husband is a US citizen. I highly doubt the associate at the store would have been able to comprehend an Ontario Driver's license. I really did want to go back and show him, let him look at my foreign ID like he knew what he was looking at. Regardless, all I expected was for him to be more pleasant about the whole situation. I have been in retail long enough to know how to speak to customers and he did not. He could have said, "I'm sorry but I am going to have to ask you to leave," rather than "you need to leave."
