The front register is closed so I go to the entrance and walk up and the lady who greeted us in the beginning of the visit stares at me like I'm bothering her, I feel bad maybe she was busy? She says "you ready?" In a very bothered voice. I replied "yes I'm sorry!!" She asked my phone number if anyone helped and I gave it to her told her no and the whole interaction was just very standoff-ish and cold. I really hate to make such a long negative review but ive had so many bad experiences at this store and sadly it is the only one I live by. Mom sat in a chair and within what seemed to be less than 3 minutes she spun around and was completely transformed Julie knew exactly what she needed . My mom looked like the day she did when she got married!!: Julia made the already touchy experience a breeze. Wasting no time picking a hair topper that spoke for itself it was as if it was her hair the way it was supposed to be all along, leaving no room or reason for criticism or unnecessary doubt on my mom's part...Not only did my mom look like amazing she felt amazing. The last time I visited I wasn't real happy with the way my hair came out but decided to try it again. This time I had Heather and she did a great job. My hair looked good and was finished in no time. My only complaint would be that they seem understaffed and she kept getting interrupted while doing my hair as people came in the shop to get their haircut. Then, about halfway through two other stylists appeared from the back, and after that she was undisturbed and finished up. I'm sure I'll be back and next time I will request Heather for my haircut.

I got a call today at 3:15pm to confirm my appointment for tomorrow at 9am. I was told that the YY lashes I get in austin would be an extra 25 dollars here. What? It's the same company why are you charging 25 dollars extra for the same lashes I get in austin? That's insane. But yeah... okay. I confirmed my appointment. Got a call at 6:25 stating my lash tech would not be in tomorrow and they had nobody who could do them for me , they were completely booked up. I just find it a bit ridiculous that if I cancel within 24 hours I still get charged the full amount of service, but my tech can break our appointment 3 hours after confirming and there's no penalty for them. I should get the same credit for them wasting my time. It's rude and inconsiderate. I understand people get sick, but how as a company do you not plan for this sort of thing?
