Something that really stuck out to me was that you have 3 after care exams to make sure you've healed /are healing correctly (proving they care about you), something that isn't too common anymore. I even got little nifty socks. LOL. Thank you Dr. Rose

MAYBE LOSING MONEY WILL GET THEIR ATTENTION!! Y'all I have been going to ZMed Spa for many years without a SINGLE COMPLAINT BUT HERE IS MY REVIEW. Wasn't gonna leave one but after two text messages to leave a review, here it is. Y'all that know me, know I don't want to look 30 but only want what I pay for. Zmed fell really short and the second visit was worse than the first. Very uncomfortable position that I was placed in. REVIEW LEFT ON GOOGLE AND YELP. PLENTY OF OTHER MED SPAS AND AS A REGISTERED NURSE SPEAKING, DO NOT GO HERE!!! WORRY ABOUT MY FACE NOT THE REVIEW!!! I would have totally changed this review had they fixed my face on the second trip. Got a call to come back in to attempt to get this review changed. I was not made to feel like they cared about how I felt or looked but about the review! It was ALL about the DAMNED REVIEW. I was treated and talked to like I didn't know what I was talking about. I have literally been going there for YEARS and NEVER once complained about anything. I did and still do have wrinkles in my forehead (my main complaint). They put a very minimal amount of dysport (prob less than 30 units) to try to get this review better. Still have wrinkles and now after two wasted trips I feel just as bad about my face as BEFORE MY $1000 visit. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. Not as happy with my results this time. I have had many visits to Zmed but I don't feel that my end result this time was what I wanted or expected.

(I've had a horrible experience at this store before) I am looking around and need some help. I don't want to ask everyone seems busy they were all restocking but a few people were walking around talking so I'm maybe I'll ask but I don't want to seem rude by interfering. I keep walking around hoping someone asks if I need help. At this point I need to leave I have an appt, to get to. I get the product I wanted and figured if I don't like it I will return it. The front register is closed so I go to the entrance and walk up and the lady who greeted us in the beginning of the visit stares at me like I'm bothering her, I feel bad maybe she was busy? She says "you ready?" In a very bothered voice. I replied "yes I'm sorry!!" She asked my phone number if anyone helped and I gave it to her told her no and the whole interaction was just very standoff-ish and cold. I really hate to make such a long negative review but ive had so many bad experiences at this store and sadly it is the only one I live by. I just wish their customer service was alot better as I know I know what I'm looking for most of the time but I know sometimes I could use some recommendations as other people do as well.
