I literally just got released from the hospital. Had multiple issues with prescription and the insurance and coverages not to mention having to change my prescription to match what was in Stocks. Magic and the pharmacist were more than patient stayed late to accommodate me in to make sure that I was able to have insulin and wouldn't have to spend another night inside the hospital a wholeheartedly appreciate them. read more

Today, I was on the phone trying to get my 9-year old's prescription for some kind of prescription because I'm tired of my son coughing like a seal or a car making a noise like Yee-yee then just breaking down like in a cartoon. The first time, I accidentally pushed the hang-up button on my phone and I accidentally hung up just before I got the medicine. The second time, the lady at Walgreens hung up on me checking for my son's prescription that a doctor provided me on a TeleHealth visit. And the third time, they said that it was going to be tomorrow. I just can't take Walgreens anymore. This is my last time using Walgreens for any of my son's prescriptions either with a cough, throw-up medicine, & eczema cream. From now on, I'm prescribing CVS for anyone. Or, just prescribe me to a Walgreens another place besides this one. read more

The absolute worst pharmacy in Conyers, maybe the worst anywhere! Extremely slow, so many wasted steps, her communication was awful, the charges were incorrect, then she was rude. The Walgreens pharmacy drive thru in this location was terrible, I spent a long time waiting in the window while the two ladies were on the phone, after I asked if they could help me they told me very rudely that I had to wait and that they were busy, after a while, another lady came and kindly helped and gave me my prescription. read more

This location has horrible customer service, understanding of the lack of employees these days due to pandemic it's disheartening even more when your on line for medication for over thirty minutes, you pull up to the window, no greeting, you have to constantly repeat your information, no apology for the long wait you drive off and you have someone else's prescription I've been coming to this location for over 10 years and the great service before is no longer there! I'm now having to change pharmacy preference with my physicians and it's bad when you tell them and they completely understand why " oh that Walgreens is terrible" got to do better Walgreens! read more

Went to immediate care across the street and just figured I would pick up script at Walgreens. Had a question for the pharmacist who behaved as if she didn't want to bothered. She shortly answered my question. Then I'm told wait 15 minutes for script. I came back after wondering around the store and was told another 15 minutes. I politely asked about the delay and was sharply told to have a seat. Did I forget to mention I was the only customer in Walgreen's at the time. I don't know what is going on in the pharmacy but the employees didn't seem to want to be there and neither did I. Too many places that want your business to deal with rude pharmacist and staff. read more

The only reason I can give 2 stars is because the pharmacy is not terrible. The store customer service however leaves much to be desired. Yesterday I was in the store for a few small items early in the morning. I got in line behind a woman buying seeds and she was going back and forth with the cashier about the items being on sale. I could tell i was in for a bit of a wait and I was not in a terrible hurry but the customer service of the cashier made me leave my items right on the counter and leave the store shaking my head. Not only was she being extremely short and curt with the customer in front of her buying seeds but she never even acknowledged my presence. How hard is it to say "I'll be right with you in just a sec?" I looked her dead in her acne laced forehead for a smooth 2 minutes waiting for something SOMETHING. Nothing. So I walked out. The pharmacy isn't terrible though. Good luck getting a smile out of them but at least they have the pills ready when they say they will be ready. read more
