Let it be your last resort. Requested a prescription be delivered via Walgreens app. Eventually received texts saying it was picked up and otw. Received texts from DoorDasher saying to cancel the order. Waited to see if Walgreens would attend redelivery. Called and spoke to pharmacist who said that the meds were still there and doesn't know why Dasher cancelled order but couldn't resend because Dasher cancelled order. Get to Walgreens to pick up meds, they ask me to pay for it yet the original delivery/Rx charges are still pending. Told tech pharmacist said it generates a barcode when delivery is requested. Will the pending charge fall off if I pay. She couldn't say. I waited in the pickup line forever then she told me to go park by front door. She'd walk meds out. I'm waiting now for the meds. read more

I know this will mean nothing to a company this size and it's a repeat of lots of things already said. Wait it unreal and it does not matter if your in the drive through or inside. Tonight they missed part of my order that my wife picked up. I know to always check before I leave but she did not. When I called in it was over 35 mins on hold to be told they missed it and I could come back at 10pm and get it. This is the stuff that gives this location such a bad name. I will say the staff is always friendly to me but, that can only go so far. This does not look like problem with the staff it seems like a lack of staff. read more

Hate the pharmacy. I'll just say it. It's a necessary evil but operations and service could be improved. No wonder many people are going to local pharmacies. I waited inside for them help a lady at the counter who was arguing with the employee at the pharmacy counter. At 15+ mins someone else came up I asked if she was going to open up another register, she said yea because that employee was leaving and she would be alone then she proceeds to help the woman. I just walked out. And was able to get helped through the drive through line. That's horrible. I don't care what anyone says that's horrible to be out trying to get a child's medication and you act like there are no other customers. And they canceled my pickup up while I was standing in the store also. read more

My provider sent my Rx on yesterday. Via email, Walgreens indicated that my Rx is $383.59. I have insurance with gap coverage. I called to confirm (because you know it's take HOURS to pick up your Rx). I held for 18 minutes and the phone finally hung up. People were answering and putting the call back on hold. If you call, the pharmacy workers will put you on hold until you hang up or they will hang up on you themselves. The prescriptions will be ready and out of stock at the same time from 2 different people and you have to call every day until somebody helps you. Just hope they're having a good day that day and cross your fingers! I keep trying to switch elsewhere but keep having issues changing. I would love to see the upper management maintain a high standard when hiring staff. read more

Don't come here and expect to go through the drive through in a reasonable amount of time. I've been in the line currently for 1 hour. You can't just back out if you don't have time to wait long. DO NOT turn in disposable cameras here. After 5 months of waiting, I finally got someone to call the company that handled them, and I wasn't even in their system. The company said even if I was in the system, they'd be gone because they only save pictures for 45 days. To clarify, I stopped in at least once a month to ask and they always told me they were "still processing." Additionally, I am extremely disappointed in the customer service; they said nothing can be done because "I didn't pay them for anything." read more

We are under a mandatory mask requirement in the entire county. There are signs up at the door stating masks are mandatory but when I get to the pharmacy there is a woman back there with NO mask!!!! I simply ask if they can PLEASE disinfect the key pad after she had left and the girl puts a single drop of disinfectant on a towel and proceeds to wipe with the dry part of the towel!!!! I ask for a manager and she says it is not her job to enforce the mask rules!!!Then we get into an argument about at least cleaning the key pad and finally she at least does that!!! So beware going to this location they do not care about you getting COVID-19!!!!! read more

the employees here are lazy and not helpful or friendly, like they use to be years ago. the lines are long because the staff is slow and incompetent. please someone get all new staff and things will get much better. they cant seem to scripts correct half the time either. the look on alot of these employees faces says it all....i dont give a crap! read more

Pharmacy is terrible on time efficiency. Lady asked do you want to wait 15 mins for your meds? And I'm in pain from surgery (which I'm getting pain pills for that I just had done) and so I say no I can't really wait around 15 mins she says oh well they will be ready in 2 hours.... and my mom goes to pick up meds and they haven't even started them yet until she gets there because they don't care about you. Very helpful cashier. Walgreens is a little pricey but they do offer a lot of coupons and to lessen costs.

This has got to be the SLOWEST AND MOST UNCONCERNED pharmacy in the entire state. You cannot go to drive thru unless you intend on spending half the day. Go inside and help at the pharmacy are stepping all over each other but taking are of customers like turtles. And hope you don't need them a answer a question because they have no answers. This was a great place before, I don't know what happen other than hiring a group of incompetent employees. They must have gotten a new manager because the whole environment of the store has changed for the worst. read more

This pharmacy location is by far one of the slowest. The pharmacy staff has no sense of urgency or respect for time. One pharmacist in particular, Lee, does not value customer services or relations. Lee is rude and unprofessional. I would recommend the local Kroger or CVS for prescription refills. read more

Pharmacy is so slow. They don't even bother to move fast. They will make you wait in line for a long time.

Typical Walgreens. Small-town feel. When they opened and their pharmacy offered another option to waiting 2+ hours for your prescription meds at Walmart, they almost grew their customer base too big, and the wait time had begun to climb to the Walmart level, but, I think they have greatly improved over the last year and the wait time is getting better. Having two drive-thru lanes has surely helped tremendously. read more

They're only getting a star cause the older lady who runs the register during the day is super nice every time I come in. I went in to find a particular beauty product - it's the middle of the day & it's not busy at all. There was an employee stocking the perfume cabinet, so I asked if she had the shade I was looking for. She looked on the shelf & said she didn't know, but the cosmetics counter worker had gone to the restroom & would be right back. She goes to another aisle. I wait for the cosmetics counter worker to come by & I see her walking towards where I am, but she stops off to chat with the first worker I spoke to. I've had retail jobs, I get it, but the first worker specifically knew I was waiting for her to get back. I give them a few more minutes just to see if she'll come over - nope. I head to the front cash register where the really nice older lady (seriously 5 stars for her) tried to help me, but she had to ask the two girls talking in the aisle. The first one I had spoken to, perfume stocker, who said she couldn't help me, walked right to the register & said, oh we don't have that in stock, we might get a shipment tomorrow. Like did I really have to stand around & wait while you talked when you could have looked it up for me in the first place? That'll be the last time I try to buy cosmetics here. read more
