Even after I politely said "no" multiple times, the sales pitch continued. Every reason I gave for not wanting to purchase anything seemed to be met with another reason why I should, instead of simply respecting my decision. What made me especially uncomfortable was that even when my body was already out the door, the sales pitch still didn't stop. At that point, I just wanted to leave, but I felt like my "no" wasn't being respected. I understand that retail businesses encourage product sales, and I don't mind being offered products. However, there is a big difference between making recommendations and making customers feel pressured. A simple "no, thank you" should be enough. Unfortunately, the aggressive sales approach left me with a negative impression and made me not want to return. But...... I wanted to give a shoutout to Kiley for providing such a great customer experience! She really was the saving grace! She was friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable without ever making me feel pressured. She took the time to answer my questions, offered recommendations based on what I was looking for, and respected my decisions without pushing additional products. I will only be doing business with her from now on. It's refreshing to interact with someone who genuinely makes you feel comfortable and valued as a customer and not just a dollar sign. I do understand that there are many regulations regarding opioids but there is no reason why a patient should go through excruciating pain after surgery like I did. I received a series of Fractora treatments in 2018-2019 from the nurse practitioner Shannon Kimsey…read more At first my face looked great but then developed 2 very large divots on my face. Shannon recommended a CO2 laser of my cheeks to smooth it out. The CO2 laser removed 1"w of my skin leaving the divots much wider and deeper (I was never told the CO2 removes layers of your epidermis) with no follow up care whatsoever throughout the entire process. I became severely depressed and violated at what was done to my face. In 2020, I met with Dr. Bhatt to see what she can do to fix this very large scar on my face left from the Fractora & CO2 laser. Dr. Bhatt recommended 3 Pixel RF8 treatments to reduce the scar and handed me a bunch of cheap miniature moisturizers. I agreed to the Pixel RF8 treatments of which I HAD TO PAY FOR $350.00 each session (Any reputable doctor would do anything to fix "their" errors). Not this one. Dr. Bhatt's daughter performed the every 6 week Pixel RF8 procedure and the last one, I had blood squirting out of the side of my nose and a burning sensation on my upper left cheek. I overheard her tell the girls at the front desk about all the blood squirting out of my face!!! I now have the same large divot and on top of that a very large discolored scar where it was burned by the Pixel RF8. They had the nerve to reach out to me on Facebook and asked me to write a good review. Instead, I repeated what they did to my face with pictures and they blocked me from their FB site. Northwestern University Medical has been working on my face for a year to try and correct the damage done by Fine Skin. Now, its June 2021 and I have to go for a facial fat graft to fill the scar Fine Skin has caused but the burn from the Pixel RF8 will always remain on my face. My attorney advised that I retain all of my records to include statement of work of services, before/after pictures and the doctors notes etc. After signing the release of information form and paid $76.00 for the release, I had to reach out to the Better Business Bureau because Fine Skin would not release ALL of my records after several written requests and phone calls. I was told that Dr. Bhatt will go through my file first and release what she deems necessary. THAT'S ILLEGAL WHEN A PATIENT SIGNS A RELEASE OF RECORDS FORM! Patients are used as guinea pigs; these are not professionally trained people. These people need to stick to "basic" dermatology. Nothing more! My face is permanently disfigured from Fine Skin and has caused severe depression. If I can give 0 stars, I would. If you want any cosmetic procedure for scar revision, etc. DO YOUR HOMEWORK, look at reviews, meet many qualified physicians and if I can help one person by my horror story, then its worth it.

No, I did not complain to the owner or stylist, but I should have; I was just upset, and the stylist knew it. I just need to find someone I can trust and who is experienced. I ended up going home and finding a product online that would strip out color gently, and after 3 applications of this product, my hair looked medium brown again instead of black. So disappointed in this local salon; maybe they should monitor or mentor their new hires better. I had gone here before for a trim with a different stylist, and she did do a good job, but she is part-time and is hard to schedule with.

The procedures I had done were pretty serious surgeries. Dr. Chen and his staff made me feel completely comfortable with each procedure. All risks as well as rewards were thoroughly explained to me. Dr. Chen is an extremely honest guy, and will be up front about everything. Every question answered, every phone call returned. DR. chen, Hillary, and Tina would make time for me if it was the simplest of things. Dr. Chen and his staff takes their work seriously and Dr. Chen takes great pride in his work, as evidenced in the end results of the procedures he does. I have been 100% happy with all of the outcomes. The Staff is always very accomidating as I mentioned, very helpful and always goes over and above to make sure you are well taken care of. Dr. Kwame and his assistant, Glennese, took exceptional care of me from start to finish. Knowing that I struggle with dental anxiety and TMJ, they scheduled extra time for my appointment so I could take breaks whenever I needed them. They were also incredibly mindful about only using the bite block when absolutely necessary since they know it aggravates my TMJ. Despite taking the extra time to make sure I was comfortable, they still completed everything faster than expected. Dr. Kwame's technique when administering the numbing injections is truly unmatched--I didn't feel a thing! The level of care starts the moment you walk through the door. The front desk staff always greet you with warm smiles and genuinely make you feel welcome. After the numbness wore off that evening, I realized my new crown needed a slight adjustment. I texted their after-hours number, and first thing the next morning I received a kind response apologizing for my discomfort and offering me an immediate appointment. When I arrived, Glennese brought me back within minutes, Dr. Kwame made the adjustment in just a few minutes, and I was on my way feeling so much better.
