My go-to Walgreens when I'm on the way home from work. Everything I'm looking for is usually in stock, but check those expiration dates. I feel like the edible items are close to expiring by the time I buy them. Good hours. Good location. read more

The place to go for passport photos! The employee in photo did a great job taking my passport photo and got me on my way. Friendly, fast, professional. read more

This store is racist. I went in today with a bookbag on because I was on my way to work, I work for the University. I was clearly wearing a blazer and my name badge, who steals wearing a name badge? But anyways, I was in the drink aisle which also happens to be the liquor aisle. As I had my back turned to the liquor my bookbag bumped a bottle of New Amsterdam and I turned to make sure it didn't fall and kept looking at the drinks trying to find Powerade. Next thing I hear over the intercom is "customer needs assistance in liquor aisle." I was the ONLY person in the aisle, probably the only one in the store at that time. I didn't need assistance and if they thought I was going to steal a rinky dink bottle Of New Amsterdam they thought wrong. Nobody even came to assist me if that was the case, it was just a notification to watch me! Oh how much I love being racially profiled! read more

Absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I've waited for over 45 minutes in their drive through before. I've called and waited for over 30 minutes for my call to be dropped - recalled and waited for over an hour for my call to be dropped. The people that do work there are usually rude and not willing to help you in any regards Do not recommend AT ALL. Not helpful, they don't do their jobs that they are literally being paid to do there. read more

The pharmacy is absolutely disorganized. I was on hold for 3 hours! The staff took their lunch 20 minutes early, so I had to wait 40 minutes until they came back at 2. Once they did come back, they hung up on me causing me to line back up. Just needs to be shut down at this point read more

As the previous reviewer Bailey stated - nice clean store, brightly lit. I wanted one of those soft cloths for cleaning eyeglass - they had none. I had to buy a package (30 count) of these wet eyeglass wipes in the foil packs. Also picked up some Rolaids as I ran out, and a comb to replace my missing comb. read more

Walgreens - the front of the store - Drugstores Near Me - Champaign, Illinois

The service at this pharmacy is the worst I have ever endured since I have been with Walgreens for 15+ years. I have been a loyal customer. Today I was waiting on the phone for 45 minutes, and then a recorded voice came on and said they were entering their lunch break for the next half hour. I could give other examples, in fact a long list since I have been here from San Diego. Walgreens, what are you doing? read more

Something is wrong with the pharmacy at this Walgreens. It seems their process is random. It's the kind of place where you are completely relieved when they manage to successfully complete the most basic service, and you dread ever being in a situation where you might need them to accomplish something even the slightest bit involved. I've dealt with two other Walgreen pharmacies and never had problems. Definitely going to transfer my prescriptions somewhere else. read more

They should honestly just take the pharmacy out of this location with how inconsistent, slow and uncaring they are.

Pharmacy is very disorganized and slow. I would go somewhere else for my prescriptions but it's pretty much the only pharmacy in the area that doesn't routinely run out of my prescription. Overall poor customer service from the pharmacy as well, as they'll tell me when to come pick up, and then it won't be ready, or there'll be some other issue that they had ignored. This has happened literally dozens of times, and no I'm not exaggerating. I really hate that I have to keep coming here, but it's pretty much the only option I have in the area. read more

It's a nice, clean store. It has bright, wide aisles. They have lots of holiday items and Illini gear. It's 24 hours so pretty convenient. I vary between here and the CVS down the street... haven't paid too much attention to who has the better deals. They seem pretty equivalent. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Okay, I have decided that Walgreens is cheaper than CVS. read more

Today called to see if they had an item I was looking for in store. The old grumpy man who answered said "HELLO" and I kindly said, I was just wondering if you have *item I'm looking for* at your location. He said "how am I supposed to know". I just hung up, customer service was absolutely awful. However, I called the store on Bloomington rd and the lady who answered the phone was an absolute doll! read more

Great place, that's close to home for me. Always stop in here when I need some medicine on my down days, or to pick up a few things on the way home after work. Easy access of two main roads and ample parking make this an ideal in and out spot for me. I like to take advantage of the Red Box they have there too. Love this place. read more

This pharmacy struggles to communicate. More than one time they have messed up with my prescription. At different locations, they have not once messed up in the 8 years I have taken this medication. But since I have started using this branch they have messed up three months in a row. Use a different pharmacy the stuff is unapologetic, unfriendly, and unwillingly to help assist you. read more

I usually go to Walgreens as opposed to CVS because the copays are cheaper despite having the exact same insurance. I only go through drive thru because it's convenient. The woman who typically helps me with my prescriptions is generally rude and always inconvenienced by you when you come thru. You can tell by her tone she doesn't like her job and she'd rather not help you. The only reason I come to this location is because it is in between home and work. I've definitely had better service from other locations throughout town. read more

Very, very unsatisfied with their service. My friend and I are here visiting town for a conference. Little did we know that we would be followed by the manager and racially profiled! read more

I love your shop, but that new guy behind the pharmacy counter needs to go. He has made so many mistakes and wasted so much time, because he doesn't know what he's doing. What happened to training and quality? The guy is messing with people's prescriptions and it's not the time to discover that. I'm sorry, but if he doesn't go, I cannot trust my medication with someone who is going to mess it up. I told him that my insurance changed, and 20 minutes later, guess what, your insurance changed. Seriously! And then they say do this, and it doesn't work. I don't know what to do. read more

Very bad workers need to get there story straight before they take action accusing people wrongly. Going to tell everyone I know about that incident that happened. That will ruin your business. I always shopped there very clean store but never again. You don't go around accusing people stealing. That poor person that got searched and came out clean by cops use your damn cameras before you do shit like that read more

Absolute worst Walgreens I've ever been to, do not bring your prescriptions here! I put in a prescription for a single tube of high fluoride toothpaste which I was told would be filled within a few hours. That was 2 days ago now, so I gave them a call and sat on the line for half an hour. At that point they dropped my call, and I know it's on their side since another review here has had the same experience. After that I called back and received the same message I received the first time I called, that there were 3 other customers ahead of me again, and this got me thinking, who the fk are they talking to for 30 mins. There's literally no reason for them to ever be spending 10+ minutes talking to any customer on the phone, there's just not enough relevant things to talk about to span that amount of time. So, now I think their phone system is just set up to put you in hold indefinitely until they drop the call. And after realizing this I just tried to use the automated prescription status service and it's claiming I this Walgreens does not have my prescription even though I physically walked into the store and delivered it. It's a load of shit. Also, the pharmacists working there have no idea what they're doing, when I filed the prescription I asked for it to be put on my father's account which they claimed was impossible. But, that makes no sense, if my dad can have my adult brothers' prescriptions for medication on his account they can certainly allow me to have a prescription for toothpaste on his account. I will not be returning to this Walgreens, and I suggest you pick another one in the area too. There are many, 3 are right down the street from this one. read more

Terrible service, rude pharmacy department. I just had the Dr resend this script to a different pharmacy-- NOT a Walgreens. Very, very disappointed. I don't know what it is but Walgreens is not what it used to be. I am finished with them. read more

Great employee help. Each time I have been here looking for something, each employee that I either encountered or saw me looking around puzzled have been exceptional in helping me find whatever I needed, regardless if I dressed as if I was loaded with money or someone walking in from the street. This says A LOT about the great service, even the pharmacy techs and pharmacists. Thumbs up. Wished we had this Walgreens, management, and staff in Manchester, TN, where they are unfortunately not half as nice and negligent in their helpfulness. Keep up the great work and delightful employees. read more
