They were always kind and very helpful and always willing to offer suggestions and go out of their way to help their customers. The last several times that I have been there I have noticed the level of professionalism and knowledge of the front line staff at the counter has diminished greatly. Now instead of being helpful they seem to just be running people through and usually are very short and snippy. I have been in twice in the past week and found this kind of attitude on both occasions. While standing in line today the girl at the counter was very short and basically rude with a gentleman. When she asked if he wanted to add his number he said he didn't have one but his wife probably did. She then asked if he wanted to add that and he said he didn't know what it was. A customer in line had to tell him that she was talking about her phone number. When she rang it up she told him it would be 426. He handed her a $5.00 bill and she said that is $426.00. You could tell that this took him by surprise and he was not prepared to pay that amount and didn't understand why it was so much. He left the prescription and said he wasn't paying that much. As for my situation I finally just left because it was obvious I wasn't going to get any help and no one was going to go out of their way to help me answer my question. CVS Pharmacy you are better than this. Do Better!

It is hard to believe that they are not breaking smoking and clean air laws. They should at least have to post a huge sign in front that says, "Enter at your own risk. You will be exposed to cancer causing agents and you will smell foul and disgusting until you can wash away the stank of cigarette smoke." The manager told me before that if I wave at the clerk they would know I was coming in the store to get something else. Well I wave at the clerk and she just stood there, so I walk to the door and ask to turn on the pump and I was going to get cigarettes. ( I've had problems with this clerk before. ) Well she said she need something from me before she could turn it on. I tried to tell her what I was going to get , when she started to get hateful with me, then the other clerk jump in and started hateful saying they don't turn pumps on that they didn't know. When I walked in, the lady was extremely nice. I let her know I was a newb. She gave me a cap (no charge) to wear to try on wigs. She didn't set a try on limit. She was really patient with me as I had NO idea what I wanted or was looking for. The wigs were very reasonably priced and come in colors not shown on the mannequins. They can be heat styled and washed. As a natural curly haired woman, they had Cantu products and their prices were a LOT better than the cheapest big box store.
