The products here a relatively expensive and it is definitely geared more towards tourists than anything. I have long hair and other stylists I have gone to would only give me layers at the bottom, but not Leah! She took the time to listen and understand what I wanted and even offered advice and options for different facial framing and bangs that were suited to my face and type of hair. As soon as we were done and I saw what she did, I had to ask her to send me pictures so that I could show my mom who has been sick of hearing me cry and complain after every haircut, but not this one! He talked to us about our skin concerns and offered a lot of advice on their products. You could tell that Drew loves working here and helping others. The soaps and candles here are handcrafted in this shop and make great souvenirs to take home to friends and family or for yourself. My husband bought and is currently using their soaps for shaving, and I have a candle in my home office. The items aren't cheap, but they are a good value for a local, handmade product. Drew also gave us some coupons to use on the website in case we want to order more products in the future. We love coming to local shops like this when we travel, so we'll be back the next time we're in Asheville.
