They're willing to show you a few colors/design, allowing you to compare the designs before they start and finalize it. This way, you know you will be pleased with the final product. Got a manicure and pedicure here a week ago and it's the worst mani pedi I've ever gotten…read morequality-wise. My fingernails weren't clipped to the same length, they weren't all filed to the same shape, and my toenails weren't clipped short enough. As for the longevity of the mani pedi: my nails are already chipping off on my fingers and toes and the bottoms of the gel manicure are already lifting. I was worried they only did *one layer* of gel for the manicure and this is the result. I've had the same style of manicure last a month with no chipping and every pedicure I've ever gotten lasting at least a month before showing wear. I paid $135+tip and I will not be returning. Such a disappointment because the service was friendly and helpful and the salon was cute and clean.
