My prescription was sent in 48 hours ago ....I walked into Walgreens to the pickup window told them my name to be left waiting 5 minutes while they (ladies on staff)laughed about what horrible systems Walgreens has. Not even worth one star. This is store number 3546. The speaker box is broken at the drive through pharmacy and the staff won't accept that we can not hear them unless they talk through the drawer. Big company can't even fix that. I was yelled at today by a young pharm tech whose name is supposedly "Precious". She covered her identification then I was carelessly but finally, checked out by a pharmacist named Christine L who was just as rude. I have called corporate and filed a complaint, I encourage others to do so. read more

placed my order online to have a 16x20 poster made ... received a pickup time .. went to this store for them to tell me there printer is not working... mind you the store on South jog photo printer also does not work for the last three months... The store manager at this location told me I can go elsewhere. We're not the only ones that do this. she also claims that her printer is not working as well. Isn't there an 800 number you can call for Walgreens for them to come out and fix all the crap in your store that doesn't work like your drive up teller microphone for the Rx Pharmacy like your photo printer, etc. I guess I just had a bad experience two times at two different Walgreens locations...listen shop at your own risk, I tried to warn you. read more

Walgreens is my preferred drug store for many years but as a year round Florida resident the huge amount of snowbirds grinds service at the pharmacy to a crawl. Can't you staff up knowing this happens every winter season??? Calling the pharmacy is horrible. Your on hold, then it seems like your call will be answered, then Bach to Muzak, then the call is dropped...AHHH! Not just my experience, this experience is shared by friends who use Walgreens. Parking is moderately available most days in this lot. I got my first dose of the Pfizer COVID vaccine here. I made an appointment & waited for about 10 mins in line before being seen. I filled out some paperwork & waited for 15 mins. All staff (pharmacy & general) we're friendly, professional, & welcoming! The vaccine was so simple & quick. The store was pleasant & clean. I dropped a RX off for my wife that came from the VA. I was told they would have to call them to have it transfered. I came back 7 hours later and was told because its Columbus day, the pharmacy at the VA was closed so they wouldn't be able to do anything until tomorrow. My wife got home and told me walgreens called her and said the VA won't let them transfer it. Obviously someone is lying for reasons unknown. Went to Walgreens for a Boole of wine at their liquor store. Cash register wouldn't work so he told me to come next door with him, leaving the store unmanned. Anyone could have gone in there and robbed the place blind. Then he tells me I have to wait at the end of the line which as usual has only one register open and like 9 people in front of me. Plus they want your id. For gods sake I'm 60 yeArs old. Told him to take his wine and shove it. I will never go back. Went to ABC wines and liquors. No I'd and was in and out in under a minute. Also cancelled my prescriptions with them last year due to lack of staffing. WalmArt Market which I won't shop in but brings your prescriptions right out to your car. read more

Without a doubt I experienced the award winning WORST customer service available. The pharmacy has rude, crude and very nasty people waiting on customers. I asked someone for their fax # and the response was as follows, no exaggeration. "You will wait your turn, do not, I repeat, do not ask me for anything until it is your turn." The look on her face had so much anger it actually scared me. I meekly went back in line and waited. I needed my pills or I would have been gone. Then a guy comes up behind me in line. He waited about two minutes when he went to the pick up counter and complained that his ice cream was melting could he be waited on first. Sure she says, no problem. Really??? What happened to waiting your turn and not interrupting???? If you feel that you should be treated with respect and offered customer service because you are a human being and a customer then DO NOT GO TO THIS WALGREENS PHARMACY. read more

I am aware that some pharmacies are far too understaffed for their RX volume and, of course, service suffers. Long hold times on the phone and waiting for prescriptions to be filled, though irritating, are understandable. HOWEVER...the absence of professionalism is astounding and in this case dangerous. I needed Paxlovid (the med for Covid + patients) readily on hand pending the results of a Covid test. My regular pharmacy doesn't carry it. On Saturday, I called Walgreens to make sure they had it in stock and was told "Yes", so my doctor phoned in the prescription for Paxlovid there. Well, they didn't have it in stock and couldn't answer when they would. Paxlovid is 90% effective at keeping you out of the hospital but it MUST be taken within FIVE days of symptoms appearing with a positive Covid test. A negative rapid antigen test should be followed up with a PCR test-the results in 24-48 hours. Five days from symptoms are now three days. Perhaps the Walgreens' tech that entered the prescription into the system wouldn't necessarily know the time restrictions (they should) but the pharmacist checking that entry definitely DOES know that. They should have, at the very least, called me right away that it was not available at that location. Instead, with the clock now ticking down, I had to scramble and locate the med elsewhere and have the order transferred-NOT what you want to do when you feel shitty and thought you had that base covered read more

If I could give a negative rating I would ! Second month in a row this pharmacy has thrown out my prescription instead of holding it . They are the most rudest unprofessional pharmacy workers I have ever delray with . One month they made me wait 4 days after my meds were due because their system made an error based on the day I picked up meds . Twice my dr has called in my meds if two early they are suppose to hold the prescription and both times it's been tossed . I will be contacting corporate ASAP in the morning . If you can go to any other Walgreens I recommend you do so !!! This group plays god with your meds calls you a liar or you forgot , no it's you people that are incompetent and unprofessional!!!! I have to say that this Walgreens is by far the worst anywhere! The employees here are not personable at all, the store is dirty inside and outside, and the service is terrible. The pharmacy is what I really want to discuss. They NEVER have prescriptions ready on time, the pharmacists are rude and have no knowledge of anything! We were trying to find a liquor store on the way home and Chris told me that this Walgreens has one. They are hard to find in a Walgreens since they don't make them with one nowadays. Anyway, they were offering discounts off 1.5 liter bottles, which isn't too shabby for a Saturday. I had a coupon for 5 bucks off, so it was a nice deal to get a bottle of vodka and rum for 35 bucks. Very slow drive thru, but I think most Walgreens and cvs have slow drive thrus. Kind of dirty and old store but there is a liquor store attached and run by Walgreens and it's very cheap. They also carry my cigarettes for the cheapest I've been able to find. It's a 24 hour store which is a big plus and it's very close to my home, so I guess it's not so bad! read more

This bad rating is specifically because of the liquor store attached. I am 28 years old and my boyfriend is 30. The man at the register was extremely rude. When we asked for help he said he was too busy at the register and couldn't leave. I didn't have my ID on me even though I wasn't buying alcohol. My boyfriend was. He proceeded to tell me that neither of us could enter the store if we didn't show him ID at the door. Needless to say we gave our business to someone who actually helped us and didn't hate his life. I was reluctant to call this Walgreens after reading some of the reviews but was very pleasantly surprised with the friendly and very helpful pharmacy staff. They were able to have a prescription transferred from CVS quickly and even to call up to Md. to get the prescription renewed. I first talked with the pharmacy tech and then the pharmacist ask to speak with me to be sure I was familiar with the meds to be ordered. Never ever have I found CVS to be as helpful. read more
