Please be careful if you are thinking about the hormone replacement pellets they sell. Christine…read moreis a very kind person, but the pellets have caused some major problems for me. Of course, this is just my experience but be forewarned. (I have had bio-identical hormones in cream form previously with no adverse side effects.) I am menopausal and have had bleeding with this hormone replacement. Christine tried increasing the progesterone dosage. It helped a bit, but still bleed. When my OB/Gyn heard this, she wanted me to come in for an ultrasound. Unfortunately, the results were not 'good' and now I have to go in for more testing. I can pick between 2 tests. Neither one is painless. This is to check that I don't have uterine cancer! Darn! Christine did have me get a blood test to determine the 'pellets' to inject. However, I don't think she should be prescribing this treatment. My doctor recommended an endocrinologist for hormone replacement. So far I have paid my OB/Gyn $350.00 to learn that I need more testing and $$$. The charge from Trouvaille Med Spa is going to be small compared to medical charges. Caveat emptor.

I had a unique and significant defect to one of my breasts so it was more of a reconstruction than a simple augmentation. He spent tons of time talking with me about the best approach and I felt extremely confident proceeding with him and his team. I interviewed 4 other surgeons. I had minimal pain post surgery. I asked him about also doing some abdominal liposuction with a fat transfer to the face. I was unsure about the fat transfer and wanted a very minimal conservative change. He did exactly as I requested, and I can honestly say I should have listened to him and allowed him to do more as he suggested. He contacted me personally after the surgery to see how I was doing and answered all my questions and concerns about what to expect with recovery. He was kind and spent as much time talking with me as I needed. My breasts and Lipo results only 3 weeks later look amazing!! I will trust Dr.Casey to do any cosmetic needs I may pursue in the future and highly recommend him. His team, most notably Michele, was spectacular! Professional, helpful, knowledgeable. I reached out to Michele many times while deciding what to do and questions after my surgery. She was always helpful and responded quickly. Dr. Casey and his team are the best!!

Then, he gives he the " definition of insanity speech." Which was totally absurd since he never did it the first time. And then he gives me the " I did the best I could excuse ". I paid for results, not excuses. I WISH I READ THE OTHER REVIEWS BEFORE I WENT WITH Dr. Casey. I could go on and on but what's the point, what's done is done. Robert P.
