The best makeup selection ever . It looks like a jewelry counter in there. Greeted on entry. Parking ok .Wish they had coupons on line you can clip and save to a list like competitors that go on my rewards card and discount at checkout automatically. Self checkout would be great there. Photo department great for ordering prints on line you can upload and posters for pick up . Digital receipts appreciated when I shop. read more

The pharmacy is always on point. The workers are very helpful. If you don't have a Walgreens rewards you are doing a disservice to yourself.

Stopped in a Friday evening to pick up a photo order. When I got back to the counter I seen a staff member sitting at a kiosk helping another customer (later realized it was a passport photo order) so I went to grab something to drink while I waited. There were 2 staff stocking the drinks, chatting, kind of in the way and unaware of people trying to grab stuff around them. There were a group of girls on another photo kiosk printing photos as well. I waited patiently at the photo counter.. less than 50 ft from where the 2 staff could see I was waiting. One of them kept passing to go in the back room and would come right back out to chat. Eventually a 3rd person came out and joined them in chatting. I waited over 20 minutes for the one lady to process these photos and when called over to the 3 staff chatting for help over 3x and they ignored her until she got loud and said "MANAGER I NEED HELP, CAN ONE OF YOU HELP" and the guy came over and said what do you need help with? Like he couldn't see the man waiting at the counter, I was standing there the whole time and the girls that were on the kiosk eventually were waiting in line behind me, if he really is the manager that's horrible. Terrible customer service. I overheard the woman working the photo area say her shift was ending in a few minutes and she didn't have time to finish processing the passport order so he did take that over and proceeded to help with the rest of the line. You could definitely tell the 3 chatters did not like her, which is crazy to display that type of attitude in front of customers. The unwillingness to help customers in her department because of whatever workplace drama. I will say when I walked in the store, the cashier was sitting behind the counter on his phone. But when I went to checkout he was actually really nice. Other than customer service the store was decently stocked and organized. read more

I had a bad interaction with an employee/cashier at another nearby walgreens, and i felt too uncomfortable to fix the problem at that walgreens. so i came to this one on old shakopee. at this store they were able to fix my problem really quickly, and were nice and understanding. it was a small problem with my order, the sale price didn't ring up at the register. i work retail aswell, i understand the frustration when this happens, and get how it can be annoying when items don't ring up with sale prices, and i wouldnt have minded if they weren't able to accommodate, but i appreciated the employees at this location being understanding. it was also relieving to have a positive experience, right after the way i was treated at the other location thank you! might have to start going to this location instead of the other one... read more

Very nice workers, and clean. Good selection of food, candy, and drinks. Worker's were very interactive and complemented my mom's glasses.

Can't do passport photos. Directed me to another Walgreens who also told they aren't able to do passport photos. Both have signage and web advertising saying they do them. ‍ read more

Go anyplace, yes any place else. Totally Incompetent staff top to bottom. Full price for unsatisfactory services. read more

If I could give zero stars for this location, I would. Was just there for a Bluetooth thingy and a pop and it took 18 minutes at the checkout! 18 minutes!! That manager must have been really into her hot takis and Dr. Pimple Popper in the back room cuz she wasn't leaving to help the front for nobody. This isn't the first time or the second or even the third. It's consistently hands down the worst customer service at a Walgreens in the nation. And I've been to many! Need a change, ASAP. read more

Walgreens - Drugstores Near Me - Bloomington, Minnesota

Absolutely the most incompetent pharmacy Ever. find a different pharmacy any other pharmacy do not go to this pharmacy horrible #1 Waited over 10 minutes for someone to come to the drive thru window #2 told me Rx was $27 I told her Good RX was $13 and showed her my phone She apparently couldn't navigate the Good RX coupon as she told me she couldn't get that price so I told her to try the Single care app that showed $17. She then got Huge attitude and told me I would have to come in when I asked why, she told me she couldn't run another insurance because there were people in line behind me. There were no people behind me when she finally came to the window-the car behind me showed up after she came to the window. She had only been dealing with me for two minutes or less. I told her I had waited 10 minutes to be waited on, and that she certainly could quickly run the SingleCare coupon. She continued to refuse and was very rude finally slamming the phone down and turning around. I have never had a problem with SingleCare or GoodRx, so I figured she was having a problem and didn't know how to process it . Do not go to this pharmacy find any other pharmacy go the other way. Terrible terrible terrible customer service. I have sat in the drive-through for over 30 minutes several times also . There's no excuse for this kind of service read more

This place should be shut down and the people working at the pharmacy should be drug tested and removed from the field. Doubt that will happen in this drug dependent oligarchy we are living in. I went to get a prescription for my daughter and neither pharmacist was wearing a mask! The main pharmacist wearing the lab coat was dolling out my child's meds while wearing his mask like a chin diaper then passed it off to a young girl wearing a hoodie with 4 inch long fake nails (no gloves) and she wasn't even pretending to wear a mask. Honestly, she looked like she just got back from a Grateful Dead concert. Even though the prescription was called in the day before, they did not have my prescription ready. I am currently looking for a new pharmacy, I don't care if I have to drive further to avoid this place. read more

This pharmacy is frequently short-staffed. They did not even have the drive through open this morning. A prescription that was supposed to be filled Monday was not because it was out of stock. Went back Wednesday and it was in stock but still not filled, had to wait. The reason they gave was that they have too many vaccine appointments and only one pharmacist. This is not a new problem. read more

TERRIBLE pharmacy. We had SET appointments to get covid vaccinations and the pharmacist was ON BREAK. When he finally got back, he ignored us even though we had been waiting and filled prescriptions even though we all know vaccinations take about 1 minute to complete. We even overheard him talking to his staff asking if anyone else can do vaccinations so he doesn't have to. We had to eventually basically engage in a stare down with the rude woman desk worker and we finally got her attention so she talked to the pharmacist and said "can you help them, they're glaring." Eventually we were seen about an HOUR late. Wish things didn't have to get passive aggressive just to get things accomplished. However I will say the woman pharmacist we saw for our first vaccination was very kind! She just needs to work on her time management as well. read more

This is a Walgreens location that isn't crazy old but it looks that way. Walgreens look as cheap as a Kmart. I prefer the staff, products and the stores at CVS much better. Walgreens lost my prescription business a long time ago. read more

I received the poorest possible service in the pharmacy at this location. A partial prescription was provided on Thursday, October 28th. This is a very common antibiotic which should have been in stock. I returned each day for 3 more days and was told it was not ready. Finally, on day 4 of this situation I asked to have the prescription sent to another nearby Walgreens and magically it was filled at this store in less than 5 minutes. PLEASE, select a more professional and well run pharmacy, there are lots of them. read more

My husband has COVID and he ordered 8 home tests for myself and our daughter online. The order said they would be ready in 2 hours. I waited 3 hours, drove to the store, and was told I needed to pay over $80 for the tests my husbands insurance already covered because he ordered them through the pharmacy. I tried using our insurance but they wouldn't take it again. I explained I needed the tests to get her into daycare and they said I either had to pay full price or wait until the pharmacy to opens tomorrow, which is after her school starts. The lack of compassion and common sense was really disappointing. read more

Not sure what all the fuss is here. My wife and I have used Walgreens for years and been very happy. For drugs I use the App and can order a refill in the middle of the night if I need to. If the Rx is out tv of refills they call me of the delay and then work on contacting the doc and getting me a new one if they can. I've used the photo app to order Christmas cards and other things and have had very good success with amazing turn around times. Grocery shopping usually finds BOGO deals. I'd give them 5 stars but they stopped selling Coffeemate! read more

I had terrible customer service at the pharmacy today! I don't know they girls, but miss red head pharmacy person needs better customer communication. I am now going to a different Walgreens for now on. read more

My wife is type 1 diabetic, so we do need to pop in here on a fairly regular basis. We have been messed around with our health insurance recently, so we had to change from CVS to Walgreens. I would definitely say that I prefer CVS to Walgreens, however we haven't had an issues, thus far with this location. Sometimes we purchase items from the store , when we pick up medications, to make running errands faster and easier, however the items in the store part of Walgreens do seem to be somewhat overpriced (maybe that's what we get for trying to do everything in one place). The staff do mainly seem interested in us, which is nice. Due to the fact that we shall be visiting this location, on a regular basis, I do hope that I will be able to raise the rating that I have given, we shall see. read more

I should not have to listen to an employment pitch to order a prescription refill. Then I should not have to wait in a long line in the drive thru. And when I get there AFTER the sometime long processing tome, the script should be ready. Terrible process all the way thru. Well, not all the way; the people at the window are usually very helpful but they can't control the lack of personnel or bad processes. If I had a viable alternative in the area, I would use it. read more

went here direct from Southdale ER with prescription in hand. With 30 minutes before close they could not fill the needed prescription. Not because they didn't have it but apparently they can't count to 10 pills in 30 minutes. Do they think the ER was for fun and the prescription wasn't important? Complete lack of intelligence at this store! read more

The service here was terrible. I came to pick up medication with a sick child and a non interested pharmacy technician said it was not ready and I would have to come back in 15 - 20 min. When I returned after 1/2 hour of waiting around, I was told the medication was not in stock. They did not bother to call and inform me or see if another pharmacy had the medication. After waiting around for the manager, they were able to find another Walgreens who had the medication. They also did not let me know what the medication would cost. I would steer away from this Walgreens with its uninterested staff and terrible service. Use another pharmacy if you can!! read more

Kate was very friendly and helpful! I was waiting at the photo booth to pick up a print, and pressed the service button since no one seemed to be attending the desk. Only a couple short minutes went by before Kate came up to the front. She apologized about the wait (even though it was a very short wait) and was super friendly throughout the whole transaction! Her peppy mood definitely helped brighten my day (: read more

Pharmacy is drastically under staffed and I was on hold for 20 minutes only to be out on hold for another 10 ten minutes and then they dropped my call. It's 2020. Organization is not that difficult. Reading the other reviews makes me scared for other customers as well. read more

Pharmacy is terrible. My doc sent over an Rx at 1pm Saturday, I went to Walgreens at 3pm and they were still working on it and told me to come back in 30 min. Today my doc sent an Rx over at 255pm I showed up at 530pm...no Rx... they never received it (so they said) I called my dr office back and on her end it said the Rx was sent thru and received by Walgreens. Walgreens offered no help in the situation and basically told me I was out of luck. Now I have been on hold for 47 minutes!!!!! This is ridiculous!! I will never fill an Rx with them again. read more

I do not recommend you get PCR COVID testing at this location. I came 5" early as requested and at drive through was told to go park because they were not ready for me yet and they would come get me. 30" later I called them and they totally forgot about me and told me to come back to drive through which was now a long wait. This was on a Sunday morning and apparently they send the test to an outside lab via fedex on Monday and I was to get an email when results are in supposedly 2 days. It is now late Tuesday afternoon and no email so I contacted the lab which indicated they still have NOT received my CoVID test. I contacted Walgreen's pharmacist who could only tell me Fed ex picks up tests Monday mornings post weekends. Had I known this would take so long I would have gone to my PCP clinic where they have their own lab and are much more of an efficient operation. Ugh! If I test negative I am out of work a lot longer than need be. read more

Service is slow in store drive up and on the phone. They always seem short staffed. That must mean poor management! I was on hold for 24 min today I went to the store and waited 20 min. Only reason I still go here is because it's close to my business. If I ran my place like this I'd be in the poor house! Get it together!!! read more

This Walgreen's is convenient for me because it's close to where I live. However, I was looking for an easy-open bottle of Tylenol for sinus headaches or just plain awful headaches or the Walgreen's equivalent. I was told this Walgreen's had the easy open. I needed assistance but one clerk practically ran me over to help someone looking for a Halloween costume! Another clerk I'm sure saw me pawing through the bottles but chose to help someone who just entered the aisle. All I can say is this is the most unfriendly drug store I've ever been in, no greeting, no help, items hard to find on shelves. I will never go to this store again and I may not go to Walgreens period. I'll stick to Target, CVS or Wal Mart. Sheesh! read more
