The manager who was on duty at approximately 1p EST, 10/31/2024, was extremely rude. She kept rolling her eyes and smirking over at her assistant and giving very condescending looks. I was overcharged, through NO FAULT OF MY OWN and she was more concerned about being right and trying to blame me. ****WARNING****ONLINE APP IS NOT MORE CONVENIENT**** If you order prescriptions online/on App, you still have to call in to make sure they get it ready. Then when you pay for the meds and request a same day delivery, for which you'll be charged an additional fee, you have to call again to make sure they process that and let them know you already paid. Also, if you have an express pay card on file and you've used a different card to pay, be sure when you're calling them to process everything, that they don't do a double charge, because they have NO RECORD AT THE STORE of online transactions. To verify the discrepancy, you'll have to submit a dispute to their corporate offices, that takes forever to resolve. read more

This is our local Walgreens. It used to be a Rite Aid! The store itself is a 5/5, but the pharmacy is a 1/5. Ever since they became Walgreens, the pharmacy nose dived... We still come to the store though! This is a great place to pick up gift cards or very very last minute gifts! It used to be 24 hours, but it isnt anymore, so no 3 am Tylenol run here! Nice selection of cards, although there is a 99c store "next-door" that has a similar selection for much cheaper... Ever since becoming a Walgreens, the staff greets everyone that walks in the door... Its a Walgreens, not the Ritz. I think that this is a little overkill, but that's just me! What more can I say about the store, its a typical Walgreens... They have everything that you expect them to have. Sometimes the store is in a little bit of a disarray, but they are short staffed... The pharmacy is HORRIBLE. I cannot state it enough! Not only are they more expensive, but their service is the worst. Every time I used to go, it felt like a police interrogation. Is this your address? Your license says N, but you wrote down North, those are 2 different locations. Your license doesn't have a the at the end of the number, why did you add it here? Why did you grow a beard... Your insurance has this listed, and it doesn't match either of those... I can go on and on, but it was always torcher... Avoid if at all possible! All in all, if you want OTC or a card or batteries, or last minute chocolate, this is a great place! Do not use the pharmacy and especially not the drive through! read more

Absolutely the worst Walgreens there is. They don't even know how to print receipts for items purchased. Their "lead" Damion, has the worst attitude. He has no customer service skills whatsoever. It was interesting that a supposed lead doesn't know how to print a receipt. He insisted he was not trained in printing receipts after the receipt failed to print properly. He scanned my items wrong and then refused a receipt. After I insisted a receipt he gave me someone else's receipt , a receipt for $24 of items when I just purchased over $100 worth of things including a gift card. WARNING!!!!!DO NOT GO HERE! RUDE, UNTRUSTWORTHY CASHIER WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE! read more

Very poor customer service in the pharmacy. The guy "helping" me must have walked away from the counter 5 times during my purchase for no apparent reason. Plus he talked to someone else behind the counter continuously. The rest of the store is better. I can usually find what I need there. But I am going to switch my prescriptions out of this location. I preferred it when it was a Rite-Aid. read more

Unfortunately, I am stuck with this pharmacy because it's the closest, and I don't drive because of a disability. I've had at least two prescriptions that they are unable to fill because they will not order the medication! In addition to this, it is almost impossible to reach the pharmacy by phone and, when you do get through, they're rude and dismissive. I've had to have the two scripts they won't order filled at my mom's pharmacy - in Toms River! - and I pick it up from her on my monthly visit. There is nothing about this Walgreens that I can recommend. read more

it's not always crowded but some of the staff in the pharmacy is out of pocket...there's a guy that I think is Indian that works there...kinda chubby...but anyhow I went to get my vaccine shot...they skipped me until I had to speak up and still I was unable to get my covid vaccine shot after they already made me wait 40 something minutes...then the guy had the nerve to laugh at me and tell me to go wait some more. Long story short I walked out furious and very disturbed that I didn't get my vaccine after I was holding off on it for so long...at this point I'm not sure if I want to get the second dose...Walgreens gave me a bad name on caring for cx ... every walkgreens I go to the staff is either racist or just flat out rude.
