I am now told I have to go see my doctor in which I have to wait several weeks to get in. So, in addition to not getting the automatic refill, they didn't notify me that I would need a doctors appointment for the next refill. I am having to go without medication for several weeks.

I didn't realize their hours and lunch time, etc. so I arrived while they closed for lunch break and it was cool to see the great selection of items n store that were all organized very neatly. Oklahoma people are the nicest and most friendly, always service with a smile. Several employees asked if I needed help finding anything in particular and the pharmacists themselves were great and took their time going over the medications. We tried to get an appointment for some vaccines. The person on the line spoke very broken English, and the 2 of us could not understand her. She not only got our names wrong, but also the shots we wanted wrong. When we showed up for our injections, the counter person read what the phone receptionist wrote. It then took about an hour to untangle that mess, and get our names and meds straight. Seems like it took 3 people to do that, and when we got some scripts to go, my wife's name was still wrong on the label. So, they are nice folks, but it's not wise to put people new to English in charge of phone calls, or areas where information needs to be pivotal.
