It's an independent community pharmacy where the staff recognize and greet you and provide personal service. The Pharmacy fills your prescription for a reasonable cost and can order any health device and show your pictures from a catalog to fit your needs. Such personal service is not available in chain pharmacies. One most important service is a reminder for prescription refills and as much as possible fill with the same generic brand as requested.

I have to pick up medication around 2 to 3 times per month and EVERY single time this happens to me and I'm losing it. I drop off my scripts, some have been straight up just 'lost' in the aether because they have a guy there that screwed up so many times. so anyways, they never fill my scripts. i even use the walgreens app and text message alerts. no one touches them, they just sit. last night i went inside this time and saw a guy who i never saw before. acted like he owned the place and told me my meds would be ready that night because i said i needed them by a certain date. LMAO NO THEY STILL HAVEN'T TOUCHED MY SCRIPTS A DAY LATER. every time. every. time. i have to call and ask every time, why they aren't done. i've called so many times now, and they always say it's the pharmacist who just leaves it there and just like, doesn't finish them....... and the thing is, even after i do all this at least TWICE A MONTH, when I arrive at the location, they still arn't ready :) even if i tell them and remind them and babysit them and they literally will lie and say it's done and it's not when i arrive :) :) i'm losing my mind, why can't anyone do their job?

I had a problem this week. I placed my order and then it says you have so many more hours that you can still add to your order so I need it crescent roll so I order two rolls of them thinking it was gonna come with my order that I just made and I didn't come with them. I get a phone call that you're going to deliver the crescent rolls in 20 minutes and I said excuse me I don't understand why I'm getting charged seven $6.99 delivery fee when I just bought 60 some dollars worth of groceries and I wasn't charged a service fee because of walmart plus so I think with a misunderstanding I was not under the impression that I would be charged $6.99 for two boxes of crescent rolls. I tried to talk with the AI girl very helpful but no no compassion at all. I was trying to explain to her and I can't afford six dollars or $.99 for delivery for two boxes of rolls. So anyway nothing was solved. I even expressed my feelings that I would possibly stop going with walmart and go with giant or Safeway of course she had nothing to say about that. I'm sorry you're not happy bye-bye so anyway that's where I stand with walmart so you know what they say. You cut off your nose despite your face face anyway I just felt like I should say something. Maybe there's other women out there my age I'm 81 and I was just confused because I wasn't cold than that I would be charged this money if I told me I would've said no ma'am thank you anyway OK thank you very much Patricia Gordon.

The carts are filled with trash and the cart carriers bring them in to rot like that. On the inside, it's like opening another can of worms. The stockers completely annihilate the food that goes on the shelves. The can goods are beyond dented.
