There was 1 Pharmacist working, 2 technicians and then the owner came out when a line developed (who is a pharmacist as well) 2- they have DME such as walker, knee roller, crutches etc.. 3- according to the law & advertising they can give vaccines 4-have a small supply of OTC items made by "health mart " & some brand name items 5- staff seemed overwhelmed with the amount of rxs they were filling when I stepped up to counter to purchase 2 over the counter items and told me they would be with me soon. About 2 min later I was waited on & that was when owner came out to help get the line behind me down and the people sitting in seats waiting finished(I hope) Overall it's a small store ok for general needs. If you need DME billed I'd call first. The staff seems friendly. I can't attest to their pharmacy service only report what I observed.

Any tells me he can't fill my medication because I'm out of state which is a flat out lie, and when people lie to me, it fucking pisses me off and let me tell you why I know you're lying Mr. pharmacist cause I called the manufacturer of the fucking drug company before I even called you. You know that question you asked me today who even told you about us that's who the manufacturer of the medication I'm trying to get that that's how I got your number and that's how I know you can dispense it to me because I'm from West Virginia. They contacted my doctor. Got the prescriptions switched over and had my medication by the following morning. One of these meds I had been informed by CVS that they did not carry. I can only say this small business was professional, very friendly, and timely. The prices were also less expensive. Nice to promote a local business that cares.

When their store was temporarily closed due to flooding, one of the workers literally delivered medication to me herself to make sure I didn't run out. That is dedication. But that changed in an instant, and they are no longer my number one pharmacy. I was having surgery, and I had my prescriptions sent to this Pharmacy. I got a call from the staff saying that they couldn't fill my oxycodone prescription because they were backordered 3 to 6 months. That's unacceptable. That's a prescription that should be easily filled. It shouldn't be backordered. I asked where else I could find it, and they suggested calling Wegmans, which had it in stock and filled it very easily. I don't understand how a pharmacy could not have a prescription that is so common and needed when someone has surgery, like I did. They filled the other three prescriptions I had sent in for different things during my first couple of months. However, when you can't fill a simple prescription like that, you quickly switch to a place that can fill everything, and that's where I am now. I can't in good conscience recommend using Choice Pharmacy because they let me down at a time when I needed them the most.
