This is the experience I had with Walgreens Store #09798 (4855 Commercial Dr, New Hartford, NY…read more13413). I stopped in while traveling to pick up a few supplements and I'm glad I chose this location. The service was genuinely excellent. Aly (shift lead) and Justin (manager-in-training) were professional, patient, and proactive from start to finish. I was trying to figure out how to use my Walgreens Cash rewards, and they walked me through it step-by-step with zero attitude, even though it required extra verification and a couple extra taps on the register. Despite limited staffing at the front, they kept everything moving smoothly and stayed calm the whole time. It felt very old-school in the best way, disciplined, competent, and well-run like a good operational military team. Shout-out to Aly and Justin for solid, capable service. This is exactly how a store should be run. Highly recommend.
