They have pretty decent produce section, not as good as a farmer's market but not as bad as a super Walmart. Better than any GNC in the area I've been to, especially their coolers with a variety of drinks, some I've never even heard of. His coworker, one of the women, had to immediately stop what she was doing, as she was monitoring the situation, log onto the register and ring me up while maintaining crowd control due to the Coronavirus. I enjoyed being able to walk around and smell the different scents as well as try out their products at the bar. They have coffee beans through out, to cleanse your nasal passages, so you're able to smell the different fragrances. They were training new employees on my visit, so the customer service upon entering the store was lacking - this is a new store to our area, I'm a new customer and was never greeted, or asked if I had questions or given any explanation of their products. Some people don't mind being left alone to shop, but others want that attention. However, when I had a question and approached an employee they were eager to answer the questions I had. I purchased a set of dryer balls, shower bombs, shower oil, and whipped lotion and can't wait to use them! After my check out, I overheard one cashier mention to another customer about "spend "x" amount of money and save "x" amount of money." I'm not sure if I had already hit that threshold and that's why the cashier never mentioned it to me, but I'd recommend asking if they have any specials when entering the store, that way you'll know before checking out. They offer bath bomb or soap making parties - minimum of 10 people and a cost of $25/person.

Buff City is located between Target and Kohls (smart move!). This location is currently in a soft opening, with a grand opening scheduled for the end of this month (October 2022). Everything in the store is clearly marked and well-organized. The employees are also very attentive. The store doesn't smell like a sick mixture of every scent like many body care stores tend to and they handmake the products in store, which is very impressive. I purchased a few soaps, a shave bar, a pack of dryer balls, and a pack of bath bombs. The soaps so far are very lovely and have a great skin feel and smell. The base price is $7 and the moisturizing versions with shea butter are $8. I have really liked all of the products except for the bath bombs. Although the bath bombs smell really nice, they do not bubble at all or affect the water's color at all. For that reason, I'd spend the money on a quality bath bomb or bubble bar from Lush for the full bubbly and overall experience in the bath tub. Definitely a nice place to keep some gifts on hand! I was also told that groups of 10 and over can do soap making parties in store. Overall, a nice addition to Columbia County!
