This modest CVS across from the medical complex is the sort of place with a sign saying you can't take a bag inside, with some basic medications behind locked plastic windows. Drive thru couldn't be slower if they tried. One car shouldn't take 20 minutes at the window

Got to the pharmacy at 1:29. They were already helping a customer. Plenty of people behind the counter. After waiting for a minute they shut the gate on me and told me I'd have to wait 30 minutes. Obviously this store has been open for years and continues to have poor customer service. Too bad the pharmacy manager doesn't step up and put customers first. I'm staying downtown with no car. Walked 1.5 miles. This is the closest pharmacy. I can do nothing but sit and wait. They actually pulled a screen across the entry to the seating/waiting area. They could be more considerate of customers. No restroom for paying customers having to wait 30 minutes for the pharmacy to open. ---and when they opened 2 registers at 2:02 they didn't have the decency to put me to the front of the 5 person line. Rude! Rude! Rude! Hope this is the kind of service they expect and receive from others. read more

This place is TRASH. After standing in line at the pharmacy for 5 minutes, the pharmacy tech, tells everyone in line we'll just have to come back because they're too busy. TRASH. read more

This store looks well organized I came in for drinks while my friends had a prescription, I found all I wanted but saw a coupon for a dollar off the Zico coconut water so I grabbed it along with the bottle of Zico. I went to pay and the cashier informs me the coupon expired in JULY so I was clear with her: the coupon was taken for the cooler so she just looked at me and I had to let her know that no coupon no drink for me. She removed the drink from my order I proceeded to pay and reminded her to remove the coupons from the cooler. I left but I had to come back because we needed to pickup a prescription, I decided to check on the coupons-they got removed. I will not shop there again. read more

I could have sworn I wrote a review for this CVS. My mind must be playing tricks on me or Yelp is snatching up my reviews. Either way, here is a new one. I usually come here when I need medicine for a cold or need to grab something quick, and it's usually late at night. I had the pharmacist help me pick out cold medicine one time. I really appreciated that. She went out of her way to help me. I also buy makeup here from time to time. They carry the brand Black Opal and I swear by their stick foundation. But they have beefed up the security on their makeup. I went to check out the makeup area recently and as I walked up I saw several cameras there and once I set foot in the area their was an announcement acknowledging my presence and that a customer service rep would be there shortly. I was shocked!!! Maybe people have been stealing the makeup or something. They also carry my favorite drink, Arizona Mucho Mango. The last time I came here they were having a sale on them and I bought all of them in the cooler. I wish more stores carry them so I could buy them more places in Augusta. The staff is always friendly. The night cashier, Bobby, is always pleasant and looks out for you as much as he can. He says that he only does that to people he consider his friends. I'm honored. But don't think just because he is nice that he is a pushover!!!! Once this place was being robbed and he actually chased the robbers out of the store, without incident, with a gun that he carries. Don't think because he's a sweet, older gentleman that he ain't packing and will use it if he have to!!! There is also a Redbox kiosk in the front of the store. I have used it maybe once but I don't like that they don't give you enough time to watch the movies you rent if you rent more than one. You have to return them quickly or face a monetary penalty. You can easily spend more than you came to spend because they have many things represented here. read more

The coupons wouldn't ring up soothing they came their the mail and not the typical review scanned by card or phone number. She would try. This store retail crew is horrible and ride. I was basically kicked out for looking around and placing the items back where they belong. I guess she thought I was showing her or... I have never been treated like this. read more

9/22/16 today. Still one of the worse customer service. Are getting someone to run the cash register area. Very lackadaisical and nonchalant attitude. I so wanted to walk out! And the parking area still has vagrants bothering for help and handouts. Beware of this cvs at all hours. I'm experiencing at 3:00 pm. ((((((())) 2/25/16. Today was horrific check out experience. Working with asst mgr at checkout and she didn't know how to process rain checks special pricing on their system. After several attempts in own , she called for help, someone came forward, told her what to do, but then she still had a hard time putting in the right figures. She apologized profusely as the line built up to ten long behind me. I was embarrassed for her as well as me standing and waiting 15 mins so she could figure out how to use their register. Got a bigger discount and apology. However, this asst mgr needs more training. read more

This pharmacy is terrible. They can't transfer a basic prescription from out of state. The staff are rude and unprofessional. Hung up on the actual pharmacy that I was transferring from. They are also not helpful at all. You ask a question and they direct you to the computer system to look it up. Will not be returning and would not recommend. read more

Rude attitudes. They sent me a message about my prescription and then it wasn't ready. I been waiting 30 minutes and still nothing. Stop laughing, playing and planning social activities while on the job and fill our prescriptions. read more
