I highly recommend this location, the cashier were friendly, and I quickly received my photos within the hour. The pharmacist at this location is was Rude to me personally but also to my insurance carrier. Since I was having trouble getting my medication filled I requested that the pharmacist transfer my prescription to another location and was told no, that the other pharmacy had to call and request the transfer. The other pharmacy was on hold for more than 1 1/2 hours without Walgreens answering their call. I called the next day and was on hold for almost 2 hours. I then decided to go to the Walgreen store and was told the pharmacy was closed because of an emergency. Again unable to get medication. What the heeeel has happened to this place. Went here to get some passport photos done and wanted to go into the bathroom to make sure I was looking my best :) Both bathrooms had cleaning in progress notices on them. They were not in process of cleaning them, this looks like a tactic of making sure no one is able to use the bathroom perhaps because they can't be bothered to clean them who knows. Then waited patiently in line at the photo section while the lady helped an older lady use the printing machine for her photos. Once the lady was available she asked me what I needed - told her that I had come to get some passport photos and she told me that I would have to see the lady on the checkout by the door as she was busy !! Basically couldn't be bothered with that either. Took myself right out of the store to CVS up the road and they were very pleasant and I was in and out in 2 minutes there. One of the most understaffed Walgreens in the country! On hold for over 45 minutes so far with only one person ahead in the call line! They close at 1pm on Sundays and 6pm during the week, which is ridiculous for a retail pharmacy serving an entire community!! I'm sure the pharmacist is great because prescriptions are always accurate and pleasant, but they need extra staff!!! Come on Walgreens! Get it together! read more

Worst pharmacy. Text says order is ready but at store they say "I can have it ready in an hour". They make me come to pharmacy 5 times a week so I ask can you get them all ready then have me come in? They answered "sure no problem" then he acted like he wrote that request into his system. Later after going 5 times a week they can't find that note and they say they can't do it. I am tired of being told my order is ready only to have to keep coming back several times and find out it isn't even the prescription I am out of. Walgreens blames the insurance company for all delays, my insurance blames my doctor, and my doctor blames Walgreens. Let's quit the blue game I need my meds for my heart to beat. This pharmacy has had closures during normal business hours this month (Sept 2021). They tell customers to come back at a given time, then it turns out they continue to be closed. Their automated phone system notifies a prescription is ready when it is not - "out of stock" in my case. Why tell us to come in? Horrible. This pharmacy needs to give up and close for good. This is a fairly new business!!! North Augusta is really flourishing on the business front. I came here to pick up some hair products by Shea Moisture that were buy one get one 50% off. I was able to pick up those products and so much more. I discovered that they sell Carol's Daughter products here and they were on sale as well. As Lisa Price sold her business to a larger company, it was harder for me to find any of her great products anywhere. I love the Almond Cookie line of the body washes and lotions from Mrs. Price. They smell soooooo good and that amazing scent lasts all day!!! I also found great perfumes on sale here. They were like $6 a piece which was half of the price. Don't forget to sign up for the in-store rewards program. It takes a lot off of your items instantly, and check out is always quick and easy. It's no fuss shopping when you shop at this particular Walgreens. read more
