I enjoyed being able to walk around and smell the different scents as well as try out their products at the bar. They have coffee beans through out, to cleanse your nasal passages, so you're able to smell the different fragrances. They were training new employees on my visit, so the customer service upon entering the store was lacking - this is a new store to our area, I'm a new customer and was never greeted, or asked if I had questions or given any explanation of their products. Some people don't mind being left alone to shop, but others want that attention. However, when I had a question and approached an employee they were eager to answer the questions I had. I purchased a set of dryer balls, shower bombs, shower oil, and whipped lotion and can't wait to use them! After my check out, I overheard one cashier mention to another customer about "spend "x" amount of money and save "x" amount of money." I'm not sure if I had already hit that threshold and that's why the cashier never mentioned it to me, but I'd recommend asking if they have any specials when entering the store, that way you'll know before checking out. They offer bath bomb or soap making parties - minimum of 10 people and a cost of $25/person.

Aesthetically pleasing store with calm blue green and whites. I unexpectedly came across this…read morestore while running errands in the shopping center. Buff City is located between Target and Kohls (smart move!). This location is currently in a soft opening, with a grand opening scheduled for the end of this month (October 2022). Everything in the store is clearly marked and well-organized. The employees are also very attentive. The store doesn't smell like a sick mixture of every scent like many body care stores tend to and they handmake the products in store, which is very impressive. I purchased a few soaps, a shave bar, a pack of dryer balls, and a pack of bath bombs. The soaps so far are very lovely and have a great skin feel and smell. The base price is $7 and the moisturizing versions with shea butter are $8. I have really liked all of the products except for the bath bombs. Although the bath bombs smell really nice, they do not bubble at all or affect the water's color at all. For that reason, I'd spend the money on a quality bath bomb or bubble bar from Lush for the full bubbly and overall experience in the bath tub. Definitely a nice place to keep some gifts on hand! I was also told that groups of 10 and over can do soap making parties in store. Overall, a nice addition to Columbia County!

I didn't even know this place even existed until I parked right in front of it and saw the sign. After lunch I went in to check out the selection. It's safe to say that this place caters to the nail technicians in the area. They had a few other offerings but mostly nail products. From colored acrylic to professional drills to a vast variety of professional nail polish. I was in awe at the selection of nail polishes they had. It was a wall full of different colors and different brands. I like to fainted because I collect nail polish. I have over 80 bottles myself and their prices are extremely affordable compared to other places when they are $10 a bottle. I also saw many great products for pedicures. I didn't buy anything on this visit but I will be back to pick up a few things.

They recommend coming in for brow maintenance every 4-6 weeks instead of the nail shop recommendation of bi-monthly. I've been getting my brows maintained every two months now anyways. The waxing was pain free which was a shocker. Plus they also put a Benefit brow enhancer product Gimme Brow+ after each waxing. It's a part of the service. Not only is Delores a true master at her art but she's very knowledgeable about all things makeup. She knows all the brands and products they have in store plus all the indie makeup brands on the internet. Ulta has a true gem in Delores. If you're looking for a pain free, routine brow maintenance I definitely recommend coming by to see Delores.
