i have been going here for awhile.the girls in the pharmacy is nice i have no problems \.i had full rotator cuff surgery last month i took a shortage on my meds and was tolds i will get the the following month aday early.which is the 5th.they told my sister the 5th.i call and now im told tomorrow .this is not the first time this was done it seems to happen when im cut up.i didnt get my questions answered.so yesterday i change my pharmacy to another one.i hear though from my doc cvs said they now serving me no more.like i care they can flag me and again i dont care. you made me out to be an addict and im doing what you birds told me, as i look at these reviews i notice i a, mot the only one.im gucci read more

I think they should just close this store down to be truly honest their customer service is ass their pharmacy doesn't answer the phone and then when you ask for a call back, it takes them almost 3 hours and then it's like they don't even know what they're doing. Try to get a medicine filled here and my doctor sent it and then when I called to see if it was ready to be picked up, they said that they didn't have it even though that's where my doctor sent it to and then I had my doctor call and they never even picked up the phone for her. Super trash customer service speaking for the one on peach orchard just went there last night,not sure how it does in the daytime but the night shift is definitely trash No rating if possible .I brought a diabetic customer for help & support translation the customer was recently diagnosed so they were depending on some sort of support from a pharmacist which they receive none at all and we're just brushed aside like their concerns and questions we're not anything serious never again in life would I returne to the CVS on peach orchard especially with the trash night crew that they have seriously read more

The CVS Pharmacy on Peach Orchard Road is the most dirtiest CVS Pharmacy I have yet to get medication from . The computers were loaded with dust , I didn't see the lady wash her hands when she got my medication to put them in my bottle so guarantee everyone that I pulled out to take got washed off of water . Needed insulin but can't get it with out prescription. Blood sugar is at 644 and idiots could care less. Keep in mind I told them I usually get it from Walmart it's the novolin 70/30 and prescription is not needed at Walmart for this particular insulin. Their response well this is cvs not Walmart. CVS Pharmacies are the worst ever!!!! You are placed on hold longer than 15 minutes when calling to check on a prescription and wait even longer once you get there to pick it up!!!! I have found this to be the case at any CVS anywhere that I have encountered! This is exactly why I transferred my prescriptions long ago. I have been dealing with bad dandruff for a few years now. It came up all of a sudden and practically ruined my ability to wear my God given crown/hair. I use to treat my grandmother for it and it seems she passed it down to me when she left this Earth. God rest her soul!!! It has gotten so bad that if I scratch my scalp that it will leave a huge layer of dandruff on my clothes or skin!!! Yuck!!! So one day I was on Facebook and celebrity hairstylist, Kim Kimble recommended vitamin A for itchy, scaly scalp which I have. So I went to a place that I knew carried it. I chose this location because I was in the area. I'm glad I chose this particular time to go because they were having a Buy one, get one free sale on all vitamins. I picked up the vitamin A, which I got free because of the sale and I purchased Biotin. I had been researching this supplement and it's benefits so I chose to buy it since this was an awesome deal. I also picked up my new favorite CVS brand chocolate and toffee candy. It's so delicious that I bought three bags. Checkout was a breeze and the clerk, Nancy, was sweet and helpful. I even got a great coupon for Covergirl foundation that I will definitely be using soon since I'm in the market for a new liquid foundation. Very friendly staff but the slowest I've ever experienced. They let the cars in drive through wrap around the building due to letting people's whose prescriptions aren't ready just sit at the window. Other pharmacies will ask you to come back or drive back around to give the next person the opportunity to get their meds. read more

I was in line waiting to drop off a prescription. The employee saw the two people in front of me and then went to help with pick up. When she came back *20 min later* I think she is about to help me, but she tells me to move to the side because this other lady had come to pick up her meds. I am confused and tell her I have been waiting for 20 minutes. Her response is she knows but she already started her pick up order. Terrible service. This is ridiculous. read more
