Rudest pharmacy staff I have ever encountered. First time there and the heavy dark haired guy was so grouchy to others before I even got to the counter I knew it wasn't going to be a good experience. I use Good Rx as a cash paying customer and he didn't give me the discount. Nor would he take the time to look at what I was showing him. They wanted $200 more than I have paid over the last year anywhere else. Left to go to another pharmacy. Now transferring my Rx to CVS. they called to transfer 4 days ago and still hasn't transferred. They called again today and talked to the same person. Terrible pharmacy with a witch for a pharmacist. I went to pick up my rx's and asked why I didn't have the third one. She said it was too early. I told her it was filled same day as the others. The tech put it through insurance and told her it was good. The pharmacist comes over and said Your not getting it until Tomorrow and I think your other medicine isn't available either. I have a health emergency and need to speak to a pharmacist. I telephoned four times to this store and each time I could hear someone in pharmacy hang up the phone as soon as it rang. I tried calling the store manager and all I got was a continuous recording, "We're sorry, we can't pick up right now." A waste of time. CVS is only 1,000x better but my insurance company switched from that one to this garbage dump. Of course, costs are lower to them, they don't have to put up with this awful service. read more

This is my local store my family spends A LOT of money at this store. The store manager Marcus is the rudest person I ever met and always has a NASTY attitude. The final straw for this review was me calling to ask about getting a covid shot. He answered the phone and I new right away it was him because of his voice and tone, he didn't recognize me. I asked to speak to the pharmacist he snapped and said he's busy. Ignoring his rudeness I asked if they had the covid vaccine, aggravated he said obviously where do you think the pharmacist is. I wasn't impressed. We've been getting meds from these guys for some time now, and out of the blue they decide to come up on one of our meds 3000% or some crazy non sense. She told us we could join their program and have the price taken down like 200 dollars, but it was STILL INSANE. We went down the road to walmart and they filled the same prescription for like 15 bucks. I hate Walmart. But %*@$ guys...that's just wrong. This next part has nothing to do with how horrible they did, but it's worth mentioning for the lols. While we were waiting in the drive thru for the women to figure out how to disappoint us, the women behind us was going crazy. We had been there 4 minutes and she started honking her horn and making rude gestures. It was really something to see. Pharmacy staff is pretty rude. Came to pick up three prescriptions, which I had refilled all at the same time, only to be told one had been sent to a different store. I was pressured to drive to the other location by the cashier, and she was clearly irritated when I asked to just have it filled here, which I don't think is unreasonable. I had parked a few blocks over as I was running several errands, since she said I would have to wait about 15 minutes I walked to my car and brought it here, which took about ten minutes. When I came back in and sat to wait, she said she "didn't realize I was waiting" and it would be ANOTHER 15 minutes before my medication was filled. I've had so many problems with Walgreens honestly, even though the location is convenient to where I live, I'll be sending my medication to CVS from now on. read more

This pharmacy is not only open 24/7, they offer FREE local delivery to their customers. This has been a life saver for me. When you are so sick you can't drive, this is great! The delivery team is friendly and on-time. The staff here are great as well. They are always friendly and willing to help you find and understand your medication. Was very disappointed after hearing people brag and all the commercials about this business. Upon arrival to get a prescription filled for my sick daughter on our way home from the hospital. We stand at the counter for about ten minutes before anyone even acknowledged we were there and they had nobody in the drive thru but we waited and finally what I assume was the pharmacy tech very rude says what do you need. Takes the Prescription and says it's going to be at least fifteen minutes. We sit down to wait and observe another lady walk up to the counter only to get the same rude service. The worst pharmacy and pharmacy employees I have ever encountered. There is always a long wait, the pharmacy employees are rude, and they have messed up my prescriptions on more than one occasion. The ONLY reason I continued going there was because the GoodRx cost of my prescription was the least expensive at this pharmacy. However, the savings is definitely not worth the hassle and time wasted at this place. I have tried to ask for assistance with the problems and have never had a positive interaction or spoke with any employee who acted like they cared. I will NEVER AGAIN go here!! read more

I've been coming to this Walgreens for my meds for some years. I hate the fact that their not 24 hrs no more but I hate it even more when I have to deal with any issues that relates to my meds that always end up being screwed up on their end or the Health Dept.'s end. Last time I went to go pick up my meds I was suppose to pick up a 3 months supply. They had ran out of my medication and told me to just come back when I can to pick it up after they get restocked. So I left with a 2 months supply. I called back today to go pick up the third pack and the guy "FULLER" I was transferred to was a total dick about the whole situation and his mood tone was completely horrible. He told me it was "too early" and that I needed to wait and that if I couldn't wait then I can just pay the cash price of $200+ for it. First of all that's stupid. Why would anyone need to pay anything AT ALL especially if it's already covered for? Second of all if you're dealing with people and their medications he should be more understanding and compassionate on how to treat Walgreens customers cause as far as I'm concerned they owed me thast 3rd pack anyways so it shouldn't have mattered how early it was.
