Then when I attempted again I waited over an hour for no one to ever answer the phone. The store was closed (they close the whole store at 6:00pm) and nothing on the automated system said no one would be answering my call...I waited 30 more minutes and finally gave up. I will be moving my prescriptions to one of the local family owned pharmacies.

I've lived in Brevard area for 7 years and never had reason to use a pharmacy…read more Had to get a compounded cream, and comparison shopped Metcalfs against Asheville Compounding Pharmacy (which is where my Doc says most people get this prescription) I was pleasantly surprised to find Metcalfs was 1/3 less $ and also much closer to me to boot! When I went to get my script, the folks there were super nice and answered a number of questions I had. I always deal local when possible, and was glad to see my home town pharmacy was both competitively priced and able to help me when I had a special requirement. Thanks Metcalfs!

I have used this pharmacy (5 stars) for over 2 years. It is very well run. Good service (I only use…read morein store- I don't care about drive through). They are friendly, quick and the pharmacists are knowledgeable, and helpful and you can easily get a human on the phone. Also rarely out of stock on anything and I feel the look out for me. Store is small but I know basically what they have and it doesn't take me 5 minutes to walk to the other end!
