Still they want the information repeated over and over. Today they expected me to use a QR code and fill out several forms using my phone. You know how hard this is? This store has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I​ stood at the cosmetic case for 5 minutes while there were three women standing behind the counter. The intercom came on four times to alert them that I was standing there waiting and they just continued to ignore me. I even had one of them walk right by me and go do something else. It wasn't until a manager asked her if she had the keys and if she was going to unlock the case for me that she actually did anything. The pharmacy here is also terrible. One of the pharmacists who works overnight is a complete moron. I am not even sure how he got a degree because he cannot figure out anything. I have called a few times waited on hold and the employees here just pick up, they don't say anything and place u back on hold. No one ever comes to the phone and then u get hung up on. This just happens over and over. Definitely not how u run a pharmacy. People are calling for a reason. This is my second time calling them to see if they have a medication I need the first time sat on hold for 15 minutes, they picked up the phone and hung up on my. Wow. I went through the drive though to pick a prescription for my mom. It normally cost $50. When I told the woman who I was picking it up for she said the told would be $80. The woman, Kristen, said that she would look to see if there was a better price. After waiting for only 2 minutes, Kristen came back with a price of $25! I was very surprised. I called the pharmacy to check on my RX that I have been waiting on for 16 days. They told me 3 different reasons why it was not ready. On the phone today the lady there at 4pm was the rudest person ever. when I told her that the other lady that works there said she would put a rush on it this lady responded "well I am not her" and we will get to it. This pharmacy has declined to a dangerous level over the last few years in my opinion. There is a huge turnover in staff. The pharmacy is very busy and rather than managing the volume they resorted to "central supply", a third party, to automate and supply the drugs, and an off-site call center. We have experienced wrong prescriptions received and more recently not receiving prescriptions they say we received. Terrible service. read more

I would avoid this store. My brother's cardiologist prescribed him Ivermectin and first of all it's very hard to get because of big Pharma and Democrats they do not want you to take anything that works especially a cheap drug. Ok. I use fentanyl patches due to cancer. My normal pharmacy is Albertsons. I went today to fill that script and they were short. The young man behind the counter called over to walgreens to be sure they had them and had my dr transfer the script. I went to handle other errands and went to Walgreens to get my script. After a long wait I was told they only had 1 of the 2 boxes I needed. This is after they told Albertsons they had them. It is now 4 pm and we have to scramble to try to get my dr on the phone. I simply asked the checkout associate if she cleans the pad where customers swipe or insert card. She said she did. Someone had just used it before I checked out and she did not clean it.I asked when. She stated that she does it at the end of her line. I asked not after every customer that uses it? I was just sure I had strep throat last week. I called my doctor and she couldn't get me in. I remembered Walgreens had just put in a clinic. I arrived at the Walgreens, put my information in the sign up computer and was in to see the nurse practitioner within 10 minutes. They nurse practitioner was awesome. Very friendly and empathetic. They were able to give me a strep test right there and it only took 9 minutes for the results. She spent that time taking my vitals. The exam rooms are very clean and organized. The staff is professional and efficient. This is definitely a place to go if you need a quick medical issue solved. They took my insurance so my copay was only $5 but a cash visit they told me runs about $80 and that's sure a lot cheaper than CareNow. read more

For a drug store this Walgreens has what you need. It is a nice new store off of I20 in Arlington. The service was friendly, and store is clean. The Pharmacy was slow which seems to be a normal thing at all drug stores. And the pharmacy always seems shorthanded and not real friendly. I guess it is because they are always busy. Love the auto refills and the express pay options available on the App. I use the Walgreen's yearly plan to save on my prescriptions. The employees in the pharmacy areas are friendly and helpful in finding particular items or to recommend OTC choices. I went into this location last night to pick up prescriptions at the pharmacy for an older lady and the black lady Ashley that works there couldn't have been more rude or unprofessional. I mean her job is literally to help people, especially the sick and elderly. I was there for a 73yr old lady who just spent 5hrs at the dentist having surgery. I'm sorry I didn't understand the medical terminology, what I was picking up or anything about the insurance stuff. She didn't need to be so disrespectful by rolling her eyes in an obvious manner, her condescending tone or irritated behavior. Not to mention, she rudely told me to call the lady about a prescription that wasn't covered by insurance. It was all confusing. The lady asked me to hand Ashley the phone to speak with her and Ashley's amazing response was, "Put her on speaker phone. I'm not touching that phone." It took everything in me to not say anything or cause a scene. I should've told the Dr. but I was too upset so I just left. Ashley definitely shouldn't be dealing with customers with that extremely shitty attitude. And honestly, she might want to rethink her career choice. No one with that kind of attitude should ever be in an industry that's centered around customer service. Why would anyone ever want to get help from her?!?! read more

This pharmacy used to be top notch. In the past few months, the service has slipped away considerably. When the pharmacy does not have your prescription available, they offer to call surrounding stores to find it for yiu, which is very considerate....until the pharma ist hwrself makes those calls while remaining at the front counter and speaks loudly on the phone naming your prescription! What ever happened to PRIVACY?!?! There are 2 excellent pharmacy techs that appear to do the majority of the work, and they do it with a smile on their face and deliver superior customer service. The remaining techs have a poor attitude and gossip behind the counter while you wait over an hour for the Rx they told you would take 15 minutes. I in no way think that working in a pharmacy is an easy job that can be done while on autopilot, and you can see some patients be extremely rude to the pharmacy associates, which is unfortunate; however, that does not mean there is an excuse for the poor service here. I really hope this pharmacy can get back on track to the way it used to be! read more

The clinic is has HORRIBLE customer service. I checked in on the kiosk 10 mins before appt and waited 20 mins until the Nurse Practitioner came out to tell me she was going on her lunch break and couldn't see me. Apparently the kiosk didn't sign me in correctly. She refused to see me even though I had been sitting there for almost 30 mins. Called the manager but the clinic is a separate entity and he couldn't do anything. read more

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I've ever been to. The pharmacist here barely speaks English. When I gave him my insurance card, he tried to fight me and tell me that it wasn't an insurance card. He was being lazy and didn't even want to call the insurance company. This man is LAZY! When he did finally call, he came back to tell me "it was my insurance and that they would cover it". I have to agree with previous posters about the pharmacy at this particular Walgreens. Incredibly short-staffed, slow, and not excelling in customer service. After my fiancé was discharged from the hospital, it was necessary to get his pain medicine quickly. The employee that took the scripts said they would be done in about 15 minutes. I ended up waiting an hour, with a screaming baby, in order for them to fill nausea medicine & pain medicine. Never will go back to this pharmacy again. read more

This review is for the Clinic. My son and husband were seen on a Sunday by a provider. My husband was seen first, he was tested for the flu and it came back negative. My son was seen right after, the provider decided that since my husband tested negative for flu, she wasn't going to test my son. Come Wednesday my son isn't doing better. I took him to his actual doctor. He was tested for the flu, which came back positive and he was also diagnosed with pneumonia. I called their customer service to provide feedback on this matter. I received a call from the market manager which in my honest opinion was a waste of my time. I told her that each patient is different and should be treated as such. My son's illness could have been much shorter if he would have been properly examined and for damn sure it wouldn't have progressed to pneumonia. All she said was that we still had to pay for the visit, glad to hear that my son is doing ok. Please beware if you ever decide to visit this clinic. The provider that attended us is incompetent and unorganized. It took her 10 minutes to realize that she had called my son's name instead of the patient that had checked in and had an appointment before us. To top if off she saved my insurance and ID under that person's record. read more
