Came in for just a couple items, front counter was 3 deep with customers. Asked photo person named Ruth if she could check me out and she said no, walked to the front counter where manager was stocking told him, she refused to help check anyone out. He said she busy stocking, I can wait in line. He acted like he didn't care either. What happened to great customer service. I guess they forgot CVS is across the street... I used to only go to walgreens because of the service... it's a shame when you can feel the uncomfortableness when you walk in to a business, no smiles, no greeting of good morning. This Walgreens is where I go to print those fantastic pictures I take with my iPhone. It is so simple, I do all my selections on their website, place my order and take note of the time they'll be ready. Once my photos are ready, I get a text message and off I go to pick them up. Typically, it takes just under two hours and I have a new photo in my frame. If I need a new frame for my new photo, I can get that here too. I brought two gift cards for Mothers Day from Walgreens on Washington in Alton Illinois and neither cards had funds on it. I presented the receipt and the store manager said she could do anything about it. So just beware of where you purchase gift cards from. I would give zero stars if it allowed me too. read more

I TRY to give Walgreens my money, but they just don't want to do business. I got my vaccination and two coupons. One for 35 rewards with a $10 purchase, one with $10 rewards and a 31 purchase. But the pharmacy printer was almost out of ink. It took 15 minutes to get checked out. They refused to honor my coupon once we sorted through the issue with their many out of stock items. The pharmacy staff was great, but the "customer service" staff made me never want to go back there again, not for any reason short of the last place on Earth with lansoprazole and red wine during the zombie apocalypse. read more

I go to this store all the time. The store employees are very friendly EXCEPT the FEMALES in the pharmacy!!.. they are very hateful and act like we are bothering them!!.. if they don't like their o then leave!!!.. very unprofessional and rude!! read more

I feel like I could be a secret shopper at Walgreens. I love that all of their stores are truly laid out in the same pattern. I have never had a rude or impatient worker at Walgreens. I stop at a Walgreens every week. Their sale ad is the first thing I read in my weekend paper. read more

It doesn't matter how nice you are to the pharmacists they will over talk, be condescending and overall unpleasant to interact with. The past three interactions have been awful and most likely will be switching pharmacies. CVS on state is great for my husband :) read more

Terrible customer service!! Had to wait for the store manager to do a return of an online purchase with receipt. Rude and unfriendly person who said her name was Brook and that she was the shift manager processed my return acting as if I stole the item and she was doing me a huge favor. She did not wear a name tag or badge and said that the store manager was out. She wouldn't give me a refund on my purchase even though it was within 30 days of receiving it because it was just over 30 days of when I ordered it! I had to accept in store credit. read more

Was not happy with the female pharmacist and the way she handled conflict regarding one line silliness. I went to marked window for pharnacy questions. There were 4 people in line. 2 windows open. The people in line obviously couldnt read directions and considered me to be cutting. The pharmacist could hear the silly bickering and should have stated what windows were what instead of the way she handled it. Cvs is better. read more

Not a fan of this location at all slow service and when I tried to play with a gift Visa card the cashier said she didn't know why and she couldn't run the card so I guess asking for help from another employee or a manger is to much so I just went next door to CVS and they ran my card just fine no problems read more
