I find that it is helpful as business owners to know about any feedback regarding your business. I…read morehave visited the Sephora inside JC Penny Mall of Abilene numerous times as it is our only option for shopping in a Sephora without a 3 hour drive. I have never had a positive experience shopping at this Sephora. I have heard and shared the same from others in the community as well. It does NOT represent the Sephora name as I know it but those within my community who have never visited a Sephora store outside of Abilene do not know this and some even vow to never give Sephora their business. With that being said, I would like to tell you why this Sephora inside JC Penny gives such a bad name to Sephora. I will start with the very tasteless sales representatives, they are understaffed, and possibly not treated well which reflects off of them onto the customers. Asking any of them for assistance or for them to do their job is requesting them to scoff at you. I feel as though I should bring attention to the lack of organization. The products are organized on the shelf in no particular order and many times the labels do not match what is in the tester or stocked on the shelf. I have returned items even in the wrong boxes. I would like to know if I am buying the hypoallergenic product without reading every box on the shelf in comparison to the one behind 'hypoallergenic'. Their is also a 90% guarantee that the product you would like to purchase is not in stock. There is not enough inventory to service Abilene and unfortunately, there are brands at Sephora not at our neighborhood Ulta. I have not visited this Sephora in months as I would prefer to give my money to Ulta or an out of town Sephora. they are making quite the name for Sephora everywhere.

Babak Farzaneh Today at 5:39am…read moreDr. Tobin is not just a great, actually amazing surgeon. He is an innovator, inventor, investigator and researcher. He has broken boundaries in medicine and surgery and continues to do so. But he is even more than all these. He is a great husband and father. He is an amazing boss, his staff of decades have been with him, not just as employees but as family. They all protect him and love him because more than anything just like me they RESPECT him. I spent two years with this man as a surgical student ( fellow), learning from him and trying to absorb as much knowledge as I can. I was only required to stay for one year, but I was greedy as I knew that this was a once in a life time time opportunity. To this day his knowledge and my respect for him intimidates me. I still hear his voice and advise every time I walk in my operating room to perform surgery. Even more than the details of surgical skills, he engraved in my brain The Surgical Principles. Commandments to run my surgical career by. He made me understand how to be a good honest doctor as a cosmetic surgeon. How to take care of my patients as family and most importantly how to keep my patients SAFE. Dr. Tobin is a constant learner. He does not waste a single second of his life. If he is not operating, then he is writing blogs and articles, listening to books or writing books then he is running, or riding his motorcycle or flying his plane. ( Yes , he is a pilot also, an actual plane, I am not kidding, I travelled with him the two years I was with him as he does consolations at multiple locations in Texas). I felt safe on that plane, well firstly he maintains it so well, but also because Dr. Tobin exudes confidence and makes people feel safe. He used to be a scuba diver, but he also did under water photography. He recorded surgical cases as part of teaching seminars for other surgeons to learn from. But he just didn't do the surgery. He was involved in post recording production, sound editing,.....You see, he just doesn't do things, he does them well and completely. Sometimes he can do several things at once!!! Even though I have not seen him or been to his practice for 8 years, there is not a week that goes by that I don't tell some of his patients about him. Dr. Tobin is still my idol, he can do it all. A lot of surgeons think they can, but trust me not the way Dr. Tobin does. He has trained so many surgeons and I hope as I they also carry a piece of him with them every time they pick up the scalpel to perform surgery. I have never told him any of these and I am sure he is not going to see this. However, if any of his patients ever read this, trust every word that comes from him. Because more than anything, you are safe with him and you just like me will repeat these words. Thank you Dr. Tobin. Babak Farzaneh, M.D. BTW, He really really really loves his dogs. Another good sign!!!

I was referred to Ali for brow correction after receiving a terrible brow job in a doctor's office…read more I thought I would probably need to have the brows removed by laser or surgery - they were uneven (one higher than the other); one was thicker and longer than the other, and was twice as dark.
