Then she proceeded to wave us off with her hand and told us the line started over there (pointed to the other side) but there was no one standing in line. I'm not sure where she pointed to. Then she asked me if that was alcohol (I was holding a wine bottle) and I said yes. I don't understand what the relevance of that question was because she said nothing else. In the end another male cashier came to check me out and had no further interaction with the female cashier. Her behavior was very unprofessional and rude. She needs to learn how to talk to customers the way she talks to her mom (she said have a good lunch mom out loud) I guess her mom works there too.

I like Walgreens because what I need is more often in stock and not on backorder. However, I will say that the people at the other pharmacy are much friendlier and more patient in the way they speak to me, explain things and present options. I have gone through the Walgreens drive through on several occasions, and it feels like I am a bother to the employee... no greeting, no asking if I understand everything, none of the common courtesy I receive at the other pharmacy.

On a recent visit- the store manager asked me several times if I had found everything I was looking for and when I told him what I was looking for specifically, he actually escorted me to the aisle to find the item. I think that is pretty good customer service. It's busy and some days you may have to wait in a line ( especially at the pharmacy) but they usually open another register to move the people through. I go to many Walgreens and usually don't review them, but the customer service I got at this location was worth writing about.
