I had gone in for controlling hot flashes with bio identical hormone therapy, and got a more complete picture of my overall health. Shawna found a thyroid problem my conventional Doctor didn't care to find. All good. The only thing wrong is the office manager is completely confused and disorganized every time I visited. I felt sorty for her mental confusion. Many things happened that made it hard for me as a patient and I'm sure hard for Shawna Hassel as Doctor to run the clinic. Blood draw orders botched, phone calls never made, supplements I was ordered never given at check out. Once I was counseled by the Doctor with someone else's lab results because the office manager had handed her the wrong file!! Finally- after a prescription was changed without telling me and when I found out and had questions there was nobody to talk to- called several times and I guess Shawna just decided to not address me and my question?? I don't know if the office manager dropped the ball or what? In any case, if the office manager is so inept, why not replace the office manager with someone more proficient? I can only guess Shawna never noticed...so it's on her for allowing it to go on and on. No confidence now that anything will be handled professionally.

I had a large need and Katie and Cam were partnered up for many hours - they were so patient and so was everyone! They were very thoughtful and focused on my comfort and needs. I am not the only one - another client was in for her first facial after going to the CAC&M for hair and she also said she was not going anywhere else from now on either. Don't waste your time building new relationship or paying up front and stupid fees - just go to the place where everyone knows you and/or treat you like your comfort and opinion matters. I asked her to get the hairs she missed, she said I'm done, than again she missed SO MANY HAIRS TWICE. I just said forget it because I'll do it at home. She couldn't figure out tap to pay so she had to redownload Venmo and her phone wouldn't work at all and all took about 30 minutes to even figure out. I checked to see if the school had tap to pay and they did so I didn't bring my card with me. I do NOT at all recommend getting waxed here, I've been there before and it was fine I'm pretty sure it was just this specific lady.
