Pros: Attached parking garage Security guard at the main gate Roaming security guard during the day Beachfront Large swimming pool Tennis courts Basketball court 24 hour amenities within walking distance Lots of restaurants nearby Suites available Hi speed Wi-Fi Key fob security Dedicated parking space The sand on the beach and in the ocean is clean and silky smooth Cons: Not well kept Beach and ocean have a lot of stinky seaweed at times Apartment 1010 had a musty smell Furniture had a musty smell Uncomfortable beds Dated decor and amenities within apartment 1010 Our apartment was very dated. Some of the lights didn't work and the entrance door scraped against a vent on the ceiling each time it was opened/closed. The door knob broke and we got locked out of the apartment until a locksmith could come and replace it. There was a TV, but no cable to watch. However, because there was Wi-Fi, we were able to use a streaming app on the smart TV. The master bedroom didn't have a TV. This apartment needs a make over. The beach isn't the greatest because of the proximity to seaweed. At certain times of the day, the seaweed invades the tide, depending on the wind. Other times, the seaweed floats east into a cove. Overall, I wouldn't visit again. I think better accommodations can be found a few minutes east for similar prices and better beaches.

The first is non stop construction in the form of tuck pointing. The jackhammering starts at 8 AM and goes for several hours. Noise is unbearable. The second problem is cockroaches. They're kind of everywhere. I don't know if it's because of some residents being untidy or because the construction scatters them, but they are heavily infested in this building. Like bad. They come through under the doors and through the pipes. I regularly sprayed Raid at night to keep them at bay. Again, nice building. Secure space with a 24 hour doorman. But it's not exactly upscale.

We stayed here for five nights as vacation renters for Eric we found through Trip Advisor. I'll try…read moreto focus on the building instead of the specific unit. Pros: - Unit is literally on the beach. Although this is located in the heart of Condado, traffic noise is blocked out by wave sounds. - It's also located right next to the Marriott, Walgreens, and restaurants in the area. - Relatively safe. We were followed by a vagrant one evening, but he was easily spotted thanks to bright lights. We kind of forced him pass us and quickly got through the locked gate. Some randoms also asked us to let them into the building claiming they knew someone. We quickly shot them down. There is no way they could "just go up to their cousin's" as each floor has its own elevator key. - Neighbors and staff were friendly. - A studio was more than enough space for two people. Cons: - This is an older building and the exterior reflects that. During our stay, crew was refinishing the front of the apartment, blocking the view/making noise/etc. It didn't matter much as it was only during the day and we stayed out most of the time. - The elevator broke down twice during our stay. We're young and healthy, so had no problem using the stairs, but if you MUST rely on the elevator at all times, this may not be the best rental for you. - There are only two washing machines and two dryers for the whole complex. I suspect some of the units have their own.

The poor is absolutely gorgeous and decently warm. Lots of seating is available at the pool as well. Showers and a clean locker room are connected. At the bottom of the complex are several businesses including a planet fitness, coffee/cafe shop, 24 hour grocery store and more! It was definitely convenient to have a store within walking distance. There is security present at the building, we never felt unsafe during our stay. You also have to use a key fob to get into the building and to get to your floor. Parking was included and you need to get a pass and a detection device to let you into the residents side. Keep in mind we lost power almost everyday at some point. The warm water quickly disappeared once the power went off. In addition there seems to be a chemical or strong perfumes cleaner used in the building and units that have me headaches. I would not suggest booking here if you are sensitive to smells. Over all a good decently centrally located place to stay in San Juan. You definitely would need to rent a care in you stayed here to get to downtown areas and beaches.

Long and wide sandy beach that's only accessible by foot adjacent to protected natural area so it's often clean and basically have to yourself. The lobby and elevators are clean and well maintained. The annoying thing for AirBnb guests is that without a button the open the gate you must wait for the single guard to let you in when they may be doing round around the building for 20+ minutes.
