I had to return a couple of items that I purchased online. The amount refunded from my order was less than what I "thought" it should be/what I paid for them, so I assumed it was because of the kohl cash I received for my order was factored in. I had no idea, until I went to use my Kohls cash today, that it was invalid. The associate in Johnson creek that handled my returned did not mention my Kohls cash was no longer valid. This is very poor customer service and I feel like I was totally "ripped off".
