Before I even set foot into the showroom, Ambra (owner) Greeted me and was friendly ...inviting me inside and took the time to talk to me. Already my first interaction was so welcoming and I felt very comfortable with no pressure. How many showrooms have this experience that I was able to take a plunge into the hot tub as if it were my iwnthey had set up for demo, So I recommend bringing your best swim trunks and a towel. If not, they'll provide one for you! (Towel that is lol). Already before I even decided, I felt like I was at a spa. Serena, Was absolutely patient and answered all of my questions. What really made her stand out was listening to all my concerns and curiosities about everything from the first set up to the functionality of each tub. The fact that they carry one brand shows how much trust and consistency they provide, especially with the service history of the product and how much guarantee they have behind it. We decided on Unique Pools and Spas because they had more in stock than most companies and delivered our Cal Spa within just a few days and before Christmas. Christy was fantastic, knowledgeable and very patient with our 20 questions. There was a mix-up where the wrong spa was delivered but it was corrected immediately and the correct one was delivered the next day. Electric was much more expensive than we anticipated, so hate that but it was ultimately worth it. We've enjoyed it for several nights now and I would recommend this business to everyone.
