We have a small lot on the Palm Coast canals. Dillion helped us identify the best pool we could shoehorn into our lot. Their supplier, San Juan Pools, has a huge selection to choose from. We made a few changes along the way and received revised quotes quickly. They made several recommendations when were unfamiliar with a feature. The did not try to upsell anything. We were 100% in the driver's seat. The screen company they work with side by side, A Certified Screen Service was amazing as well. Between them the project came together into a stunning masterpiece. I rarely had to call Matt, the operations supervisor, because he usually called me first. He made sure even the smallest concerns were addressed in short order. You can save all the time and headaches shopping around...just go with these folks. I assure you, you will be 100% satisfied. I highly recommend Pelican Pools!

Throughout the entire process both Dylan and Matt were easily accessible. They were able to start early and the entire time from dig to screen was about 30 days. From start to finish, the team delivered exceptional service. Working with Dara, Donna, Jason (the owner), Ricky, and our project supervisor Cat was an absolute pleasure. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality truly set them apart. Every subcontractor involved was equally courteous and respectful, making the process smooth and stress-free. The level of communication throughout the project was outstanding--clear, consistent, and reliable. Overall, Waterside Pools exceeded my expectations in every way. If you're considering a pool contractor, don't hesitate--go with them. You won't be disappointed!

Waterside delivered on all fronts of this project. From the initial design consultation with Daria, who was amazing, very sweet, and knowledgeable about the process all the way to construction. Most people fret construction but not this family. Thats when we met Catherine, oh my gosh is this the pool construction site manager you want. What an absolute joy to be around. She made this process so seamlessly smooth, super communicative and all around super realistic about everything construction related. She made this experience! I'm honestly going to be sad we are towards the end and I'm not going to get to greet her outside my yard and talk with her anymore. Waterside honestly has felt like apart of our family at this point which is so strange to say about a company you're literally paying to do work for you. But I promise you this company goes above and beyond and their people do too. I have had nothing but amazing experiences all the way through this process! Donna who works in the office is so pleasant and so is the owner Jason who we happened to meet at an event. Highly highly recommend. If you choose another pool company in Palm Coast, you're doing it wrong and you'll regret it. This is the pool company for you!

Be very care full if you contract this company.

LIMITED AND CHANGING STORE HOURS…read more Went there today--New Years Eve--to buy chlorine. Checked google before driving into Palm Coast as I live in a different town. According to Google, PaP on Rt 100 was open; PaP on Old Kings Rd was closed. Called the store to confirm that they were open; no answer. But that happens sometimes when they are open, and I needed chlorine. Arrived to find that they closed at 3pm today, 10 minutes before I arrived. There was a sign on the door saying they closed at 3pm, and that on New Years Day, they would close at 2pm. Why not close at 3pm or 2pm both days?? I was in the store the first week of December; they had nothing posted regarding changes in holiday hours. Obviously most ppl will assume they will be closed on Christmas Day, but most stores are open Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day. If they are going to shorten hours on specific days, that info should be posted at least a month in advance--at the store AND online. To the store owner and manager--most of your customers are not coming in every week. Pls post business hour changes WELL IN ADVANCE, inside and outside the store, and update google and the website. On more than one occasion, I've arrived at the store during their posted online hours, not on a holiday, only to find that they are closed (employee BBQ one time, can't recall the reason the other time). They have also changed their hours on more minor holidays w/o posting notices more than a week in advance, and not posted on their website either (today, just a note under the regular hours that says "holiday hours may vary"). They have ONE evening hour (5-6pm) and very limited hours on Sundays, which makes it difficult for anyone who works a day job to get there when they are open. Online hours: M-F 9-6 (except when they choose to close earlier) Sa 9-5 Su 11-3 Why not 9-6 M-Sa? That would be easy to remember. And Sunday is a day when a lot of ppl (like me) have a day off and can do pool care. It's especially odd that they still maintain that 4 hr window on sundays during swim season, since it's a day when ppl are running errands or shopping in the strip mall where they are located. Ofc owners have the right to set their own hours of operation, no matter how inconsistent and unannounced they may be. Customers can go elsewhere (though for some of us that involves a much longer drive). If a competitor opens nearby with longer hours, I'll be there. Customer service is mixed. Depends on who is working. Some staff are helpful, others not so much. Have been in the store when there were 3 employees standing around chatting and I was the only customer--no one offers to help take chlorine out to the car. I can understand that when the store is busy, but it would be nice if they did when the store was empty.
