This location is bigger and cuter than the one in Montreux. I got finger patisserie in pistachio, and chocolate caramel hazelnut, and a jar of chestnut cream. I also got a cute pink coffee cup and a tote bag because I picked up some chocolates and the paper bags were heavy they started ripping. The macaron flavors are the same for the whole country. The only difference for this location is that they can print "Lausanne" on your macaron for an extra 0.80CHF. With the influx of tourists visiting Jungfrau every day, this store seems very much like a tourist trap, but I assure you its well worth the visit! Unlike regular Lindt stores this one sells exclusive chocolates you can't get anywhere else. Their pricing is also the cheapest from all the local stores in town so stock up if you want to gift them! I also really enjoyed the interactive cooking demonstrations. They have video projections that show you the step by step chocolate making process which is really cool. I ended up purchasing mixed bags of pre-assembled chocolates along with a bag of chocolates from the "pick and mix" section where I was able to assemble my bag of exclusive and limited edition chocolates. Asking a few questions about the classes that were offered, we selected the 75 minute class and it was perfect for my wife and I. We were the only students.
