It's a soft cream biscuit cake covered with green marzipan and on top there is a red marzipan rose. They have it in 3 sizes but the small one should be enough for 2 persons. You can buy a bigger one but it's better to eat it in the same day^^ I did also tried other delicious products such as black forest cake, lemon and also orange quark cakes, chocolates etc. Tschirren is a traditional Bern pastry shop and they recently have got competition from Zurich Sprüngli who opened a branch in Berne railway station.
