But all flavors of the tall chocolates referred to as mini-mousses are amazing! Asking a few questions about the classes that were offered, we selected the 75 minute class and it was perfect for my wife and I. We were the only students. I have included a few images of the experience. We also made a few purchases to take home and the family enjoyed the assortment we brought home. I highly recommend the experience of chocolate making. They have an interesting choice of chocolates and cakes. The service is always very friendly and warmhearted. Princess fancy cake is definitely my favourite one. It's a soft cream biscuit cake covered with green marzipan and on top there is a red marzipan rose. They have it in 3 sizes but the small one should be enough for 2 persons. You can buy a bigger one but it's better to eat it in the same day^^ I did also tried other delicious products such as black forest cake, lemon and also orange quark cakes, chocolates etc. Tschirren is a traditional Bern pastry shop and they recently have got competition from Zurich Sprüngli who opened a branch in Berne railway station. The prices are rather averaged considering the very high quality of their products.
